La Tulipe goes beyond customer's expectations! The owner personally called me on the Friday when she had to place my order with another florist due to me being in another state. That florist dropped the ball and La Tulipe was all over it calling everyone shop including grocery stores to get an arrangement over to the destination. That flower shop closed for the weekend so La Tulipe placed another order with another flower shop to make sure it would get delivered Monday and upgraded it for us.
They again went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! I actually ended up with 2 sets of flowers because they wanted to make sure we got them. I was kind of was worried with going with them because they were in another state but they were amazing! Better customer service and product than the usual big floral shipping sites! I will never use 1-800 Flowers or FTD again!

I've gotten a few different arrangements sent to family members in other states and they did a fine job of getting them out and making it beautiful. The customer service there goes beyond my expectation and it's not like any other florists. Highly recommend it!

No communication. No confirmation email with order. Called and emailed them multiple times. Do not use them. Go elsewhere. I have to dispute their charge with my bank because they did not send the order on the chosen date and will not contact me.

They advertise themselves as a Mendocino Ca local florist, when in fact they are in southern California. I ordered flowers for my step mom last week for delivery tomorrow, and TODAY they wrote me that they were canceling my order because the florist they used locally was closed. So angry. Don't patronize these people. I know staffing times are tough, but that's not excuse for the false advertising and waiting till the last moment to inform me I needed to find another florist. Update: the reason they cancelled was more due to COVID than they originally told me, so I'm a lot more sympathetic but that doesn't excuse the false advertising as a local Mendocino florist.

I tried to send same day delivery flowers. I put the order in before the cut-off time. I received an email that said the flowers were being delivered the following day because "I just spoke with our connecting florist in Cheverly and wanted to let you know that we have to push the delivery date because the storm they're having is preventing the owner from wanting to put their driver on the road." It is 53 degrees and sunny here.
They mailbox for customer service is full, so there is no way to speak with anyone. I would not recommend using them! I am editing my review because the Customer service representative, Annie, followed up on my problem after reading this review and got to the bottom of my problem. She called me personally and we got flowers out to my friend on time. Thank you Annie!
