If the event is cancelled 90 days or more before the event date, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded in full. Event cancellation 60 days prior to the event will result in a 50% deposit refund. Cancellations 30 days or less forfeit their deposit. Any additional payments processed towards total amount due will be refunded in full to the guest.

With over 16 bedrooms, the Main Lodge is completely outfitted to host your group in comfort. The Farmhouse is one of the original homes at the Ranch, complete with a large wrap around porch and a tin roof. The Gate House is a rustic three bedroom/three bath residence with a full kitchen, living and dining area.
