Ballroom Rental

Our three distinct event spaces accommodate 130-250 guests with historic charm and modern amenities. Each rental includes tables, chairs, linens, setup, and cleanup services. The venue's exposed brick walls and natural wood features create a versatile canvas for weddings and corporate events.

Catering Services

Customizable menus feature Southern cuisine and dietary accommodations for weddings and corporate events. Professional staff serves plated dinners or buffet-style options with included dishware. Minimum spending requirements apply for Saturday bookings.

Bar Packages

Full-service bar options include host bars, open bars, and cash bars with domestic and premium liquor selections. Professional bartenders provide service with included glassware and ice for wedding receptions and corporate events.

Event Coordination

Dedicated coordinators assist with planning from initial booking through event execution. Staff provides venue expertise, vendor coordination, and day-of logistics management to ensure seamless event production in our historic Memphis spaces.

Parking Facilities

Three private parking lots accommodate up to 140 vehicles for wedding guests and event attendees. Complimentary parking included with all rental packages at our downtown Memphis event venue location.

Do you allow same-sex weddings?

Yes, we welcome all couples regardless of sexual orientation. Our venue celebrates love in all forms.

Is catering included with venue rental?

Catering is available through our in-house service with customizable menus. Outside caterers allowed with fees on non-Saturday bookings.

How many parking spaces are available?

Our three private lots accommodate up to 140 vehicles with complimentary guest parking included in all rental packages.

Do you require a security deposit?

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your booking, based on total event costs including rental, catering, and additional services.

Is the venue accessible for disabled guests?

The first floor and High Point Ballroom are wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, the second floor requires stair access only.

Went to a wedding there - great atmosphere BUT the food was horrible! Apparently you can only choose from 2 companies to cater and the food was cold - chicken was dry - the florist did a great job on the flowers so it was really pretty but food was so bad - put it this way - next time I get an invitation to a wedding there - I will make sure I eat before I go

This was the first venue I toured and they included so many things in their packages it was a no brainer for to go with them. And it was worth every penny! They took care of all the logistics you don't think about initially - tables/chairs, parking, food/drinks, staff, security, etc. And I really appreciated they put all their prices on their website - i referred to it a lot to make sure I was staying within budget and honestly they handled so much for a fair price. Taylor was very responsive and accommodating every time I wanted to see the space - she answered all my questions fast and that is so valuable when so many things start coming at once closer to the big day.

The food was DELICIOUS and we had so much fun with the owner at the catering tasting. They even let us throw cheese balls for our exit which I know was probably not a fun clean up but made our event so special. Thanks for everything!

We are so happy that our daughter chose Balinese as her wedding venue! The owner Mike and staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect for her big day. I could not have made it through the day as Step-Mom and Wedding planner without Mandy. She was there every time I turned around. She anticipated what I needed before I knew I needed it! lol Every single staff member we encountered was so helpful, it made the day much less stressful for us all, thank you Balinese staff!

My husband and I enjoyed hosting our wedding in the upstairs ballroom. The venue was beautiful and made for amazing photos. Taylor was helpful throughout in answering our questions quickly. We would recommend this venue for others planning a wedding or event in the Memphis area.

Our organization hosted our first annual wine and cheese fundraiser in The High Point Ballroom and the staff was amazing : Mike and his staff were professional and courteous, the food was delicious and elegantly presented. We've received so many compliments from our donors commending us for selecting such a classy venue. We highly recommend this venue if your looking to host an an elegant event in the downtown Memphis area.
