We took a private winery tour in a new SUV from Pure Luxury up in Sonoma for Valentines Day. We had an excellent driver named Frank who was a delight. He got us to all of our winery appointments on time safely on a rainy winters day & was very knowledgeable about the history of the town. We will definitely use Pure Luxury Transportation next time!

My daughter hired Pure Luxury to pick me up in Petaluma and drive me to her house in Castro Valley on Christmas Day. My driver, Tyler, arrived on time (a bit early actually), helped me load all my bags, presents, desserts, etc. into the Lincoln Continental and waited while I made sure I hadn't forgotten anything and locked up the house. A perfect gentleman! The ride was pleasant and easy. Going home the next day on Pure Luxury, I had Scott (Ray), who was also delightful and helped me unload all my stuff and even picked up my Sunday paper and left it on the porch. Based on my experiences with these two drivers, I would absolutely recommend (rave about!) Pure Luxury. Both trips were very safe (It was raining.), unhurried and pleasant. I'm totally impressed.

We used Pure Luxury in Sonoma for my wife's 60th birthday celebration and we're we glad we did! Pure Luxe took all the worry off our shoulders: they helped plan the winery itinerary, eliminated the need to have a designated driver, had mapped out where we were going. Our driver was fantastic! Completely professional, courteous, engaging, and knowledgeable. We will use them again the next time we head to Sonoma and the wine country. The price we paid was worth every penny!

We used Pure Luxury for multiple transfers to off site events for high end group in Napa and without exception they delivered a great service. On time, clean, comfortable vehicles and friendly drivers. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Driver was really nice, but had a different high risk job that placed him in contact with covid patients. The driver had just been vaccinated two days prior, so it was not an ideal situation. While the driver himself was quite kind (just had different approach to the pandemic) and professional, I don't trust that the company places a value on their customer's preferences/safety. Vaccines are not mandated at this company, and you will not know if your driver has been vaccinated and/or has other high risk exposures.
