Our journey began in the early 1950s when our great-grandfather, a Canadian immigrant, founded a small tent and awning company in Phoenix, Arizona. Over time, that business evolved from crafting awnings and tents to providing full-service event rentals. This legacy has been passed down through generations, with each of us adding our own touch while maintaining the same commitment to excellence and service. Now, as the fourth generation, we take pride in blending tradition with modern innovation. Our story extends beyond family.Alberto, a longtime partner and vital member of our team, brought his own rich history to Party People. Over 25 years ago, he came to the U.S. from Mexico to help pay for his brother's college tuition. What started as a temporary plan turned into a lifelong passion for the event rental business. Today, his son also works alongside us, carrying forward the same dedication that has shaped Party People into what it is today. Amazing Customer Service! I had such a hard time finding any rental company to even give me a quote- then I called Party People and am so happy I did. Delivery and Pickup right when I needed it and not an 8 hour - "you will just have to live with it" window like the other companies I called. Thanks Party People- Super appreciate it!

Family owned and operated! Great customer service and such a large array of inventory, I can find anything I need for any party! I can also appreciate the retail section, perfect for small parties or even larger events.

Returned items that we had rented for Thanksgiving. As soon as I pulled up to the returns door, several masked employees approached my car and removed the items quickly and professionally.

The reason that I'm giving them two stars is that I had asked for Astro turf, which they said they had, and when I went and picked it up, lo and behold it was actually outdoor carpeting. Completely false expectations, if they would have just said that it was outdoor carpeting, I would have probably given them a much better rating, but the fact that I drove 30 minutes one way just to pick up the outdoor carpeting, was kind of a bummer. NOTE: THEY DO NOT CARRY ASTRO TURF, IT IS OUTDOOR CARPETING.
