T. S. Brown Jewelry is operated by Tim and Sandy Brown. We combine our artistic abilities to create original jewelry in gold and silver. In addition to our original designs we also offer the work of many fine jewelry craftspeople from around the country. T. S. Brown resides by the Cape Fear River in The Cotton Exchange, a very old complex of buildings in historic downtown Wilmington, North Carolina.
