Completely satisfied and impressed with the amazing work! The cake looked so good we didn't want to cut it. We are so glad we ordered the cake for our 2-year old boy birthday party from Your Perfect Cake. In addition to the great design and execution, the cake was very moisture and delicious! We couldn't ask for a better cake!

A close friend of mine had a lovely breathtaking cake made for her daughters bday, and I must say it was amazing and good to taste, very detailed in shape I totally stared at it for hrs before letting them cut it lol. I called Your Perfect Cake to have cookies made for my daughter in law's baby shower. I spoke with Amber, who had returned my call promptly. I sent her a picture of the invitations and she came up with a perfect idea. She wrapped each one individually and sealed them. They turned out absolutely perfect. Not only are they adorable, but them are delicious, too. A perfect buttery sugar cookie. I highly recommend Your Perfect Cake for any special event dessert. Amber was a pleasure to do business with.

My cousin bought an amazing vegan birthday cake from here. Lots of non-vegans had some and loved it. As a longtime vegan, who has consumed my fair share of vegan baked goods, I can't even begin to describe how incredible this cake was. Moist, sweet - just heavenly! I highly recommend the vegan cake!

Great pricing, they work with your budget and the goodies turn out so freaking delicious and CUTE! They made a Buzz Lightyear cake and Alien cupcakes for my daughters 2nd birthday and if I could give them more than 5 stars I totally would! You guys are amazing! 1st I wanna say Awesome Job Amber! I live in Atlanta and I wanted a cake made for my moms 60th birthday party. So I googled and googled no one out of Goldsboro NC could make the cake I needed, so when I got in touch with Amber, omg customer service was amazing, price was perfect. When I say the cake was delicious I tell you the cake was delicious. I couldn't have found nobody else as perfect and detailed as Amber Thanks so much

Amber, the owner, made the cake for our son's rehearsal dinner. The cake was beautiful and many guests said it was the best they had ever eaten. She delivered on time and displayed it beautifully. Thank you Amber!

We ordered a large sheet cake with a half sheet cake on top, decorated in a fiesta party theme. The cake tasted EXCELLENT and looked SPECTACULAR! Half butter, half chocolate on the bottom, all almond on top, with cream cheese icing. The decorations were so pretty! The cake was delivered just as we had stipulated, set up unobtrusively, and drew applause from the party guests. I will attach photos when I get them from the photographer.

Every cake I've gotten from here has been amazing! The owner is amazing when it comes to decorating and i love that they use magic chocolate instead of fondant. Everyone there is nice and the cupcakes are so yummy!

Could not be more pleased with the service, quality, and product from Your Perfect Cake! From start to finish, they made wedding planning a breeze. Had a preliminary meeting to decide design, paid a small deposit, came in for the tasting! We ended up choosing a totally different flavor than we originally expected, but they were so patient in letting us decide all the little details.

The final product could not have been better, they matched the cake to my reception dress (a unique shade of blue). The delivery was perfect and the cake was a hit. I highly recommend this place for your wedding. Pay the extra for delivery so you don't have to worry about it on the day of! They are extremely dependable! I also just love this place for dessert.

Love stopping by and designing my own slice of cake. A huge piece of cake for a few dollars, can't go wrong! The set up of this place has been spoken badly of in reviews just because someone wasn't standing at the register waiting for them. I don't understand why this is a bad thing, this is a locally owned and run place. When you walk in a bell dings and whatever sweet person working there at the time comes from behind the back door almost immediately to help you.

This system is not worth a bad review, I prefer that someone is actively tending to the product they sell rather than sitting at the counter doing nothing. Final tip: When in doubt, get the strawberry cake with cream cheese icing!

Dry. Our cupcakes were dry. I ordered German chocolate cake cupcakes for a birthday and on the day I picked them up, I also got a few other flavors out of the display case to try. Every single one of them was dry.

Your Perfect Cake has been good to me in years past so I thought I'd give them a try again. Very happy I did. The cake design was pretty much what I asked for & the price was more reasonable than what other local bakeries quoted me. The taste was so good, moist and fresh even though I picked the cake up the day before my parent's dinner party.

I just stored it in the fridge and took it out a couple hours before serving. It definitely had that old fashioned made from scratch taste. I only wish I ordered a bigger cake so people could of had seconds! I received lots of compliments.

I ordered my wedding cake here for my June 2018 wedding, and I must say it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, very tastey they delivered on time. Even though the design wasn't quite align with the image I had given them. I still live it and I received plenty compliments. This will be my go to for all my professional cakes. I plan to use them in the near future. They are very easy to work with

I love this place! I live out of state and since I can't be home for family birthday celebrations, I just pick up the phone (usually only a day or two in advance) and order from Your Perfect Cake. They're super helpful when picking out flavors and have done some awesome designs too! The cake is always ready to go to be picked up by a family member in town and every time the cake is a hit. I'm forever grateful for this place!

Your Perfect Cake is simply wonderful! They are very professional and always put their customers first. We had our wedding cake done by them and couldn't be happier.

I bought my wedding cake from Your Perfect Cake (Greenville, NC). It was great. Amber worked with me to get the custom design I wanted and it turned out beautifully. I loved it. And it tasted so good. Everybody told me it was the best wedding cake they ever tasted. I highly recommend them!

I went in to order a cake for my daughter's birthday. The nice girl took the details and promised me the owner would call me back to finalize and give me a price quote. Never called. After seeing all the bad reviews on yelp, maybe I should be glad, but I'm still annoyed I'm starting over on finding a cake for my daughter.

As the manager walked back into the baking area, I heard the manager say, "She's getting a free cake and she's still upset." Yes I was still upset because it was my second visit to the store, that morning to pick up my cake, which I ordered three days in advance. The manager says at the first visit, she'll make another cake, since they could not find the cake I ordered.

So I returned the second visit, 90 minutes later and she made the wrong cake! I ordered a red velvet sheet cake. She made a round cake, which I discovered later was dry. Poor customer service and etiquette from the manager. The assistant, in contrast was quite pleasant and respectful. If you're ordering a cake for an important event, such as your child's graduation from college, don't order from Your Perfect Cake! Evidently they do not perform well under pressure.

Perfect cake sale some of the best cakes I've ever eaten, I use to be a regular customer there. Every Saturday I would carry my grandson in there to try one of those build your cake, which was a huge square piece of cake. Not once did they ever recognize me as a regular customer. I would always purchase the same thing for him and myself. I think it's very important to recognize your regular customers.

This place used to be my go to to get cupcakes. I ordered some cupcakes and noticed that the first few tasted different and a little dry. I just figured well maybe someone overcooked them or they changed the recipe. The next day I decided I would have another cupcake but before I could eat it I noticed there was MOLD in the bottom of the cupcake and on the bottom of the cupcake wrapper. Usually cupcakes do not go bad in two days. I am really disappointed because their red velvet and pumpkin cupcakes were my favorites.

Don't know what has happened to this bakery the cupcakes use to be amazing but the last two times I have gotten them they have tasted old. The cake is no longer moist I don't know if they are now mass producing them or buying already made frozen cupcakes but the quality has gone down so disappointing. I know this owner has mad baking skills because she learned them from her mother who had a great bakery until she choose to retire.

I spent $130 on a baby shower cake and got a cake that was the wrong color, completely different from the picture I sent in, and disproportionate. They did not offer a discount and this cake does not go with the theme at all. Don't waste your time, or your money. I will not recommend them to anyone, their cake tastes the same as boxed cake anyways.

Love, love, love this place. My husband has gotten my cakes from here every year and we live almost an hour away. They are not only delicious but absolutely beautiful. I don't like things overly sweet so they do a nice job of making mine a little less sweet. Their cupcakes are yummy also!

This place makes awesome cupcakes. They tend to be fancy ones (red velvet, german chocolate cake, carrot cake, etc) so I think they use the cupcakes as examples of the cakes they can make. I haven't tried a full cake from them however so I speak for the cupcake experience only. I usually get the german chocolate or the carrot cake cupcakes. I really need to try more, but these are so good that I keep getting them over and over.

It is a small, locally owned shop so you may need to wait a minute or two for them to finish what they are doing and come out from the back. Simple shop but I'm paying for something that tastes good, not their decor. Give this place a try, chances are you'll love it.

Horrible! I will never eat in this place again. Staff is unkind, no where to sit. I could go to walmart and get better food. Cupcakes are gross. I know they are from the box and the frosting is cheap tasting. I would die If they did a wedding cake for me, the taste would be laughable. Cookies I bought I tossed. Your perfect cake needs that lady from save my bakery to come and help her. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

Ok, the carrot cupcake was good and they had a unique selection. Nothing spectacular. The "make your own cake" option is cool and I've never heard of it before. BUT the service was borderline awful. Nobody is out at the counter, ever. There's a door next to the register and we waited for a couple of minutes before a young woman came through the door and asked if we needed assistance.

After she took our orders she quietly slipped behind the door again. I totally understand that the pastries need to be made in the back behind closed doors, but the lack of showing-face makes it a mediocre experience, regardless of the quality of the food. I wouldn't come back again, simply because if there were any other dessert options, I would much rather try those for the first time than come back and dislike the experience at this place. #sorrynotsorry

Your perfect cake my you-know-what. I've lost all respect for this business. It used to be my go to place for delicious cupcakes and special occasion cakes. So of course it was my first call for a baby shower cake for my diabetic sister. I asked if one could be made and was promptly told no with no hesitation. What a shame, last time I checked you were a bakery that makes custom cakes. Your perfect cake, you might to consider changing your name.
