Beautiful, appropriate and fresh arrangements for sympathy & funeral arrangements. The flowers were the best among all received. The flowers lasted a good while. I will only use Woodfern now.

Had to change the delivery date of the flowers being sent. Called them and they could not have been more helpful. The flowers were beautiful! Overall a wonderful experience. Would recommend them in a heart beat!

I had always been told that David from Woodfern was the best florist in the area, and even with that high, preset expectation I was absolutely blown away by his work. Had I not just gotten my hair and makeup done right before I saw my bouquet and table swag I know I would have cried. The care and attention to detail David and his team put into their work cannot be missed, and they all were such a pleasure to work with. My recommendation when working with a team this talented would be to give them some inspiration and just let them take it from there! You will not be disappointed.

I ordered a $60 Christmas centerpiece which I advised Woodfern I'd pick up and deliver myself. I based the cost I agreed to for the centerpiece on their arrangements advertised on their website. Arrangements in the advertised 60 dollar price range were full and in a vase or festive container. What I received was nothing like anything advertised in that range nor in a lower price range.

My arrangement had 3 roses, 7 miniature carnations, 3 pine cones, green fill and a large sloppy bow. The arrangement was in a cardboard container not a vase or pot -- just a plain wet cardboard container. To say the arrangement was disappointing is an understatement. I called Woodfern voiced my complaint and was told they'd tell David and make me happy by possibly adding more to it or they'd apply a 20% credit to my account.

Since the person I delivered it to was ill and was too polite and ill to complain about the embarrassing tacky arrangement; it would have been awkward and inconvenient for me to go back to her home to take the wet cardboard container from her then drive back to Woodfern wait for them to turn it into a $60 arrangement (which should have been done in the first place) then go back to the ill relative's home in Hillcrest -- I opted for the credit.

That was Thursday it's now Sunday no credit has been applied as yet and no follow up with me as promised by whoever I spoke to has been done. Lesson --Woodfern's pictured advertising for their arrangements is deceptive. And when they say "they will make it right" my experience is that is false as well. Woodfern cannot be relied upon or trusted to follow through when a customer is justifiably dissatisfied.

Dealt with rude and unprofessional staff. I brushed it off once before but there is more consistency with poor condescending customer service than the quality of the orders.

Came to pick up floral arrangements, at a time set by David for a funeral, only to arrive and have them NOT ready for pick up. David was arrogant and rude, never gave an apology and instead gave excuses as to why the floral arrangement weren't ready. I'm addition the staff was also rude, and not to mention the high prices. Had to attend my love one funeral without the floral arrangements I paid for, how embarrassing. David never even offered as much as a refund, just took my money. This is my options and reserve it as my own.

About 6 years ago Woodfern bailed us out of a prom night disaster.they have been our only florist since then. Always give you the best quality product with on time delivery. I recommend them for all your floral needs.

I called a few places and then called them for "Mother's Day". The girl was extremely nice and helpful. They did not have a floral arrangement but instead got a hanging basket with pink, white and purple petunias with a card and bows. Price was ridiculously cheap with delivery and gave a $10 tip. Delivered same day. "God Bless Woodfern Plant & Florist!"

Very disappointed in this florist and their "customer service ". I ordered a medium arrangement and the recipient received a small. I called them and they were rather rude. I will not order from them again. In addition, they delivered at night when it was dark out and startled the recipient. Instead of being a good experience it was a very stressful one. I'd recommend going elsewhere! I paid $10 extra to upgrade and they sneakily sent a small, probably figuring I'd never know. However, the recipient sent me a photo of them which is how I found out.

Their flowers are just gorgeous. My wife ordered her own small boquet for our wedding ceremony, it was simply done, beautiful and exactly what she wanted. Since then I've ordered in advance for delivery and bought as a "walk in", and every time service was excellent.

This is kind of a bummer since they did so well for me earlier. I sent them an email with some pictures of centerpieces, boutonnieres and corsages, asking them if they could do something similar, and detailing how many were needed. Apparently they don't monitor their email. I called a few days later since I hadn't heard back, and it took them a bit to find my email. She recommended against the type of main flower due to delicacy, and said the owner would call me back to discuss optional choices. He never did.

Woodfern did an absolutely amazing job with the flowers for my August wedding. We met several times to go over the details, and the owner David made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. He even personally delivered the bouquets to my house the morning of. We were very impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness to detail. We truly loved the beautiful arrangements we received and got many compliments on them! Thank you Woodfern for contributing to our special day!

Recently I stopped into woodfern florist to order a bouquet of flowers for my daughters wedding dress shopping brunch. I stopped in as I had photos of the look and feel I wanted to convey. I repeatedly asked if the clerk wanted to see my photos, as I stressed that the look and feel was more important than the actual types of flowers and greenery used, and was always turned down and told it was not necessary as she was writing it down and they would know what to do.

I stressed that the flowey, drapey look was the most important thing. The clerk said I understand. Well, when I picked up the flowers I was shocked and upset. The only sentiment the bouquet conveyed was happy secretaries day. The flowers, while beautiful in themselves was about the furthest thing from romantic and the casual bohemian look I said I specifically wanted.

I just took them and left, having already paid for them when I ordered them, and I did not have time to wait to discuss a redo. The bouquet was just a standard stemmed arrangement, no trailing greens or anything. I guess its buyer beware. The clerk should have taken the time to look at my photos and showed it to whoever she needed to. She did write down what I wanted, I guess whoever did the arrangement did not know what the description meant, but I received no phone call asking to clarify either. Thank god I found out before any wedding flowers were ordered. I am not at all happy.

Stopped in this past Friday afternoon to discuss a wedding bouquet/ bridesmaids bouquets and a few boutonnieres. There was a really nice brunette girl "trying" to help us, but there was a rude blonde lady with short hair taking control of what the young girl was saying. Did not allow the girl to set a time for is to talk to "whoever" takes these types of orders.

We spoke to the blonde woman about how we live out of town and she did nothing whatsoever to try and accommodate and was just rude in every way possible making what was supposed to be a happy time for me and my fiance quite annoying and miserable. Needless to say if you are looking to have a pleasant experience while you choose flowers for your wedding, don't go here!

Because I booked through another company, I didn't deal with Woodfern directly, but they were the ultimately the company that delivered the flowers to a friends wake/funeral. I couldn't make it but I guess the flowers looked amazing. Thank you Woodfern!

Brought in a list of flowers my fiance and I wanted for our wedding to get an estimate. Was told they would call me next week. They never called, so I called back the following Friday and they had no clue who I was or that I dropped off a list. They took my information, said they would find the list, and then call me back later that day. They never called back. Needless to say, they lost my business and I will never consider them again.

Shop is a little run down but once you see the artistry of the flowers and experience the great service from the people behind the counter you completely forget about the building you are standing in.
