Don't forget to use oo.m when booking your room. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. I went to the Hilton at the Ballpark for a family wedding.

The venue was very nice. There was plenty of space for the cocktail hour, and dinner. The dance floor was a pretty good size. There is plenty of room for the electric slide, a beer barrel polk and a disco dance. Avoid time was had by all. Parking was an amenity of the wedding party. Overflow parking directed to Stadium East after valley parking was full. I would recommend The Hilton for sure

The first night we were moved twice due issues with our room (smell, toilet that wouldn't shut off that flooded the room). We were finally put into a room that was less than the category room we paid for. That room was dirty (dark dust stuck to the ceiling from air blowing out of AC, dust covering lamps, furniture, etc.). No one offered any apologies until check out when we asked to speak to a manager.

She was very kind and reduced out rate while covering parking for 2 nights. Despite the room issues, we were most disappointed with the front desk staff who offered no apology or seemed concerned about the previous rooms we were placed into. They seemed annoyed by us. As a diamond rewards member I've stayed at many Hilton properties, this was by far the most disappointing. Ive never asked to change rooms until this weekend, and it happened twice. Great location, but a lot is lacking here. Roof top bar is awesome! Breakfast at the restaurant was good.

The overnight valet was SUPER nice and helpful, the day staff seemed rude, and bothered by having to answer questions or help. The morning valets were more interested in their phones than anything else. The rooms were not cleaned, the beds were made but there was something on the bathroom faucet and the carpet was not vacuumed. There was a stain on the desk chair and there was chewed food on the window ledge. There was a decent view of the arch, and it was within walking distance to the attractions.

Great location, but is not worth paying over $300/night for such a poor experience. The rooms look like they're falling apart (broken window sill, broken shower head, stains on the carpet and walls, chalk buildup around the sink faucet, bug crawling around the bathroom floor and some black stain in the bathroom corners). Staff was extremely dismissive and rude when we asked them to be changed in another room and when we finally got another one, this was even worse.

A friendly advice, if you want to be comfortable and not walking barefoot on a nasty carpet, bring your own slippers, because apparently they don't have any (I usually bring house shoes with me, but not this time because I tough that a hotel like this one should have them). Too bad we spent 3 days in a hotel like this one

Room was great and the views are amazing. Very bad at communicating what times everything is open. Could be done very easily, they just choose not to. If you get Hilton credit, make sure you spend your $30 at one place, they will not take money off multiple bills for some reason. Ok stay, would recommend somewhere else.

What a great experience! The staff went out of their way to insure a great weekend. The text concierge option was amazing. If I needed something I sent a text and the team at the hotel would respond and answer in minutes. What a nice feature. Our suite overlooking the ballpark was really nice. One of the best hotel experiences I've had.and I'm a hardened business traveler.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing! Josh The front desk manager was really great and helpful. But I highly recommend starting your day with the breakfast downstairs. Dale, a server that's been there for about 30 years, is so pleasant. He will really brighten your day!

I absolutely love this hotel. It is by everything. Carrie the bartender was INCREDIBLE. She told me that she had been with the company for 37 years and her impeccable customer service shows why she has been. The front desk staff is great as well. But, Carrie stuck out to me. She is the #1 reason I will come back to this hotel. However, the manager Bill was not so nice and extremely unprofessional.

I am uncertain of how a person of his caliber could be so unprofessional and nasty. If it were not for Carrie and the front desk I would not come back. Thank you Carrie for such an amazing stay. I can't wait to see you again soon.

Room was dirty and tiny in comparison to other rooms at similar rates. Staff was pretentious at best. No hot tub as advertised. Did not feel welcomed. Got a refund and stayed tow blocks away at the Drury Plaza at the Arch. 20 times better. Nicer bigger room, comp drinks at the bar, pool with 2 hot tubs. Staff was also much much better.
