I'm from out of state and when I placed my order online I made a mistake. They paid attention to the details and noticed the mistake and were diligent in contacting me. Wonderfully nice and helpful. I highly recommend. I purchased the charcuterie platter for a sympathy gift which arrived on time and I was told very good.

Allison is a lifesaver! Ordered online which I thought was Wake Forest Florist & Gifts and it wasn't, as I always order from them. When the delivery showed up it was a florist based in Durham, NC and the arrangement that was sent from the other "florist" was embarrassing, flowers were dead, didn't match photo. I called and they told me it wasn't their problem!

I immediately called Wake Forest Florist & Gifts when I realized my mistake and they had a beautiful Mother's Day arrangement delivered in a few hours the day before Mother's Day! I wish I could post photos of the comparison to the beautiful work Allison did at Wake Forest Florist & Gifts vs this other florist in Durham. Thank you Allison and I will never make this mistake again!

This florist is amazing! They were the only florist in the area willing to work with me on my Victorian bouquet for my wedding! They accommodated my special requests and made my tussy mussy bouquet a work of art!

This is the only place to get flowers in Wake Florist. We are new to the area and celebrating our 15th anniversary (crystal) and I was looking for help. They were so nice and picked a beautiful bouquet and crystal vase to help us celebrate. They even had them delivered to where we were having dinner and were on the table when we arrived. Many places and website I order flowers for occasion from but Im very thankful to wake forest for the help which was mistakes on. I place the oder for my aunt one year death anniversary but mistakenly I choose the wrong date for delivery. When I realize the service was next day I call wake forest spoke with sale person Alison I was amazed for their customer service right away Alison change that and delivery within the hour for same day which I requested Many thanks to sale person Alison for the service that they provide me I will definitely choose you for my next order again n again I wish you guys open business in New York queens Alison thanks again for your great service Jonas

I live in Michigan while most of our family is in North Carolina, I have been doing business over the phone with this florist for about 10 years or so, the customer service has been second to none, they truly care about you. the arrangements are always beautiful and delivered on time. So very pleased with the entire staff and highly recommend them!

Wake Forest Florist & Gifts do an amazing job. I used to go to the online vendors, but had a couple of bad experiences. The arrangements I have purchased for my wife and my mother are stunning! People come to my house and always ask where I got those flowers. They are extremely professional, have good prices, and could not be a friendlier group of people. I will never buy flowers from anywhere else. Rather support a local business.

Don't get me wrong, the ones that work there are top notch award winning florists but it's the little things that set this place apart. They really took the time to find out what I needed and worked within my budget. Here's another thing most don't think about; when my order was delivered, the driver was well dressed and polite. Wow. Just wow. My hubby had flowers delivered to me for Valentine's Day this year (from an online store) and honestly, they were awful and not worth what he spent (over $100!). Yikes. He really wanted to give me a nice, big gorgeous bouquet for my birthday this year. He called Wake Forest Florist and asked for a BIG, southern bouquet with pink flowers and stargazer lillies.

If they have only $10 worth of flowers they should not charge $70 for a vase of flowers. I was really embarrassed by the arrangement left for my sick friend. I'll not order from them again.

In the mist of emotional chaos of planning a funeral for my dear friend, we had forgotten to purchase a floral spray to cover the casket. I didn't have time to come to the shop to pick out flowers and just had to trust the owner could make this last minute order beautiful for my friend. Well they did that and more! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better job. Allison was so lovely! She offered to place my order via phone and provided me such great tips about NC. She also was kind enough to restructure my arrangement to add in hydrangeas which are my friend's favorite! I hope to be able to visit her shop in person one day soon!

I recently received multiple bouquets from multiple florists around the triangle all on the same day. The bouquet from WF Florist is still fresh and pretty and all the rest have been thrown in the trash. If you want super fresh, beautiful flowers and a really nice delivery person, definitely choose WF Florist! I've really enjoyed my flowers!

I called a few days before my daughters birthday party to see if she could do table arrangements because the venue informed me last minute i could not use balloons. She was extremely nice and super helpful doing them last minute. I hadn't expected she would be able to do it on short notice. I called another florist The Purple Poppy and they didn't even take the time to return my phone call. She made 12 beautiful mason jar arrangements. They were perfect and exactly what i needed. She goes above and beyond and has excellent customer service.

The BEST floral delivery arrangement I have ever received! Fresh, gorgeous, lasting! I am 52 years old and recently had surgery. My in-laws sent me a stunning arrangement made and delivered by Wake Forest Florist and Gifts. (I was not familiar with this florist) The arrangement was absolutely amazing! The flowers were so fresh that they lasted almost a month, with several blooms opening each week - and I am not exaggerating!

The white flowers were huge! I love the color mixture of whites, purples and blues, including the lilies and hydrangea! I don't know much about names of flowers but this is the absolute BEST arrangement I have ever received!

Trish did a beautiful job with the flowers for my son's rehearsal dinner and wedding! Loved the combinations and colors.so pretty!

This past Monday I had the pleasure of working with Alison from Wake Forest Florist for some birthday flowers I needed delivered same day. They went above and beyond to keep me updated, sent me a pic when the arrangement was complete, and even let me know once they delivered! I am in Indianapolis and unfortunately my friend lost his mother to Alzheimers disease and I wanted to send flowers to his home in Wake Forest. Not having first hand knowledge of any local florists I did a Google Maps search and found Wake Forest Florist. I called and spoke with the nicest lady (I believe her name was Alison - but I cannot swear to it - I am horrible with names - sorry) but she was so nice and helpful.

She made a great suggestion about what to send and helped me write a nice note. I would highly recommend Wake Forest Florist - Very nice people. Thank you for your help and service.

I have used Wake Forest Florist in the past and I have had great results. They are very good about delivering the flowers when and where you asked for them to be delivered. I have had terrible results with1-800- flowers, and Wake Forest Florist was able to deliver a better arrangement than I was going to get from other florists. I will always had very polite and professional service when dealing with this florist either on line or on the phone. After reading the review from 2011, I can't believe it's the same florist, but it is. I have been very happy with them.

I had received a dozen roses from my husband which he ordered through 1-800-flowers and delivered by WF florist. The roses wilted in one day so he called the Wake Forest Florist and they refused to replace. He then called 1-800-flowers and complained. The next day another dozen roses showed up the lasted nearly 2 weeks. One poorly handled experience has encouraged us to order Pro or pick up at HT. We always try to support our local businesses, but definitely will not if we get substandard product.
