The dresses are beautiful and there's lots of different types, but from the moment I went in to look, the owner seemed very unwelcoming and seemed to have better things to do. The other ladies seemed happier to help but when you go in and your immediate encounter is so rough, it was hard to enjoy looking or even feel comfortable being in the building. I don't know if it was from my appearance or what, but I did not feel like I was accepted or should be there

I used to live here in Rolla, we have since moved to Florida but were back in town and I figured I'd take advantage of having some free time and see if I could find a dress for our quickly approaching wedding. I called in and spoke to Jessica who was so sweet and accommodating from the very beginning. She was so fun to try on dresses with and she really made the whole experience so wonderful.
She let me know up front they weren't currently taking dedicated appointments, so she did see a few customers while she helped me but she was so attentive and helpful it really made no difference at all, and actually I think having extra time In the dresses helped with my decision. We chatted a bit upfront about what I wanted and the dillemas that have been keeping me from finding a dress.
The shop has a great selection of stunning dresses. We looked through the styles and pulled out what I liked as well as a few suggestions of her own (which were spot on) She made me feel beyond comfortable when trying everything on, which as a pluss sized bride, speaks volumes! I truly cannot say enough great things about my experience today. Even if I had not found a dress I had a wonderful experience with Jessica, and really fun time, I would highly recommend booking your visit with her!
I've been to a few different shops and this was BY FAR the best experience I've had. I finally found my dress! there was a small pull that I noticed while trying on, at no extra cost alterations looked over the whole dress and made sure all the details were all in good shape. I came back in the following day to Pick up my dress which was ready for me in a beautiful pink rose detailed bag. Jessica then helped me find the most gorgeous vail that compliments the dress so well, She really has a great eye! I had such an amazing experience here.

I had my wedding dress altered here and they blew me away! Such a gorgeous job! The dress fabric was very delicate and fragile, and they communicated clearly with me about the risks of taking it in before starting to double check this was what I wanted. The finished product is so beautiful. It fits like a dream now and looks like it was never altered.
I know how difficult it was to work with that material and I'm so amazed at how flawless it came out. Everyone I had contact with was very sweet, the pricing was VERY reasonable, the work was flawless and done in the exact estimated time. 10/10 would recommend.

I loved my experience for selecting my dress, the lady knew which dress I would pick after I tried on 3 dresses and even went to get it for me. The tailor had a tough job of making a size 12 fit my size 6 body for my wedding dress. The tailor also has done a great job on a bridesmaid dress for another wedding I was in.

I walked into the store in jeans and a t-shirt. The lady was wearing jean capris and a button up shirt. She just seemed like she wished i wasn't there. Dresses were crazy expensive. I quickly left and will not ever return. Theres a great little dress shop in St. Robert - across parking lot from goodwill. Dress under $100 and beautiful. Called Ultimate Fashion.

I took two suit jackets in to have the arm length on the sleeves adjusted and remove shoulder pads from one. I will not be taking anything back to be altered. The customer service was less than pleasant. I told them that I would need them back within a week which they said that they could do, but I had to call and follow up the day before I told them I needed it done.
When I got the jackets back, one of them wasn't even completely sewn back up on the inside and the sleeve lengths were uneven. Since I tried them on at home rather than the shop, they had to be taken back to be fixed which took over 2 weeks and the sleeves were still a little off.
