Service with a Smile! They have served our needs for many years for equipment rental, tents, and decor. If they don't have it. They will get it!

All of my experiences with University Rental have been top of the line, punctual, and professional!

Used uni rental for some things I needed for my wedding. Great and smooth service to work with!

Ruined my grandsons birthday-received faulty equipment, had to fix it ourselves, then we were given the incorrect size fan which wouldn't I inflate the bounce house, to top it off there is no way to reach the company on off hours, no emergency contact or answering service-not even an answering machine for the contact number-do not rent from these people!

University Rental is great! I use them whenever I need a tool I don't have or for remodeling projects. Here's a shot with their heavy duty scaffolding I used to patch up the drywall on the walls and ceiling.

Courteous and explained the floor sander well. Gave me four sanding belts and said bring back what you don't use. Very pleasant folks. Very happy

We had University Rental bring two large tents with tables and chairs for our outdoor wedding at our home at Toledo Bend Lake. Kyle personally visited a couple months early to check out the set up. This gave us the confidence that we could pull this off. He was versatile and accommodating and everything went perfectly. The tents, chairs and tables were great quality and everyone loved them. Quick & Easy rental & return. Friendly, helpful staff. I really don't have anything bad to say about my experience with University Rentals, but the reason I didn't give five stars is because the minimum rental for a tool is 4 hrs. However, I rented, successfully used, & returned the equipment in just under 1.5 hrs, but still had to pay for the full 4 hours (which I knew would be the case before I rented it).

I understand the policy & why it is as such, but I just want to suggest possibly having a 2 hour rental option for customers whom have a quick rental need & speedy return of the rented item. Anyway, regardless I appreciate your help & the fact that you actually rent equipment that would cost an arm & leg for the average person to buy, & in no way do I wish to infer that my experience was anything less than satisfactory today (or anytime I have rented from you in the past). I simply was voicing my personal opinion as a possible suggestion for future consideration. Thanks, again!

Great people, great new condition equipment. Awesome owner and first class front desk. Will definitely will use next time even if i have to travel from Pollok to get this kind of service.
