Wife and I are attending an animal shelter fundraiser at a golf country club. Invite said Cocktail Attire, which I (incorrectly) assumed meant tuxedo. So on a Saturday afternoon I drove down to Tuxedo Time in Braintree, MA, where I've rented tuxes before, most recently for my 17-year-old and their prom. As usual I was greeted promptly. I told Jill I was there for cocktail attire.
She checked with the owner Neil, who confirmed it meant suit not tuxedo. I thanked them for averting embarrassment for me. But Jill was so helpful and delightful that I asked about renting a suit for the occassion, even though I have suits at home, though they're too snug these days. She helped me select colors for the suit and tie. Took my measurements and filled out the paperwork.
A few weeks later I decided to cancel the suit rental. I spoke to Neil by phone, who assisted me. I had no problems forfeiting the $20 fitting deposit. The receipt very clearly and in several places stated the deposit was nonrefundable. That transaction took less than a minute and was hassle-less. I heartily recommend Tuxedo Time. They are experienced. Customer-centric. Pressure-free. They will take care of you.

Staff was all very nice and accommodating, We went here for my wedding for the groom, groomsman, fathers and my brother who was officiating our wedding in September. My brother passed away late November and I had called to see if they had my brothers sizes so we could get his sizes for a suit for his service. The owner called me back wanting to donate a suit for my brother. We ended up not going with a suit for him to wear but the thought and kindness was so appreciated during the hard time so thank you so much for that.

Just recently my son graduated from 8th Grade. I was given last minute notice that an In-Person Ceremony would take place prior to the Virtual Graduation. I was in need of a tux and FAST! Upon arrival I informed Neil that this was our 1st time in a tux fitting session. He was very informative. Answered every question I had. Made a few suggestions as this was unfamiliar territory for us.
All in all it was a great experience. His measurements were spot on! Thanks to Neil, everything went well & my son looked dapper! Communication was great! Emails were returned timely. I'm sure we'll be returning should the need arise. I highly recommend Tuxedo Time in Braintree, MA.

Helpful, polite, and courteous. For those of you (including myself) that haven't made a point to get a suit of this era and need one in a pinch, give them a try. You will not be disappointed. They have a variety of slim fit colors that will have you looking sharp for any of your weddings, banquets, dinner parties or prom needs. A+

Nice little tux shop located in town. The only thing that I was not impressed with was the staff. There were 2 girls who were fitting my fiance and his family however one of the girls clothing choice was poor. Her shirt was very inappropriate and short so when she went to lift her arms her stomach would show. I'm sorry but in the workplace there is a need to dress appropriately, and that was very un professional.

I went to this place two times trying to figure out what color I want for my prom suit and they took measurements and everything, and I was told that I would get it two days before the prom. And, now I called and this guy (didn't mention his name) answered with attitude he said I would be able to pick up my suit one day before prom, i questioned him "what about if the pants don't fit me good, how are you going to adjust it for me?" He said come one day before prom and he hang up the phone in my face. This was really disrespectful. I haven't experience this type of costumer service in Braintree area.
