They cancelled my order 7 days before my event. Totally unprofessional.

A bounce house obstacle course was rented for a school activity day. When I inflated it this morning it smelled of mildew and was very dirty. I think it would be appropriate to use the cliche, "It was ridden hard and put away wet"! I called and left a message that we were not happy and within the hour a crew was on site cleaning the bounce house. They were friendly, professional, and apologetic. The bounce house now has a shine and is ready for the day. What started out bad will turn out to be a good day for the kids.

Their is alot of stuff you can rent from here. And works well. I've rented the dump tank for an employee event one time and it was such a big hit!

Nice people. Good system for pickup and drop-off of your rentals. I got tables and chairs, pulled in they load or unload.

The equipment that I used was brand new. I was the first person to use it! The plug that came with the machine was defective. The attachment for the new machine was also defective. Needless to say I wasn't able to finish my project. There was nothing said to me about money return for all my troubles and no one offered a apology. I felt like they didn't believe me! I have pictures to prove that this is how I received the machine.

Rent a bounce house had a tear in it so would not inflate was on the weekend so they were closed They blamed it on me said it was fine when it left so if you rent something be sure to air it up on site

Inexpensive and quality equipment. I rented a mini ex for about $290 for 24 hours. The rental branch wanted 750. Great service and quality equipment.

I rented the sander machine from them and ask them before I pay to make sure I m not paying extra in case something happens to it. She told me to pay $20 and u will not come up any other money Incase something happens to it. I agreed and paid extra. When I returned it they told me to go inside and we will check it and let you know, than older gentle man came out and told me we ripped off the drum and showed the machine with few scratches.

I told him first it doesn't happens from us if does than insurance should cover it. But he was insisting that was abused not Accident. I paid then $254 but I m going to court and suing them for lying and taking extra money from me after paying the damage protection plan before picked up the machine. Don't recommend anyone to go there and rent anything.

I reserved a tow-behind concrete mixer from Taylor Rental. When I arrived to pick it up, it was broken. Specifically the hand crank that rotates the drum to pour out the concrete would spin without the drum tipping. I noticed the whole frame was shifted, causing the gears not to mesh. If you wiggled the crank, you could get the gears to overlap a wee bit.

What really bothered me was that the person connecting the mixer to my car said it "should" work. When I drove away, I heard him radio the office that I had "changed my mind" and did not want it. In a panic I called Rental Branch, who had me hooked up with a very capable machine in minutes. They explained (to a slightly suspicious customer) how it worked and hooked it up to my hitch.

We mixed 1800 lbs of concrete and with a fancy funnel could pour directly into the foundation tubes. Excellent service at the Rental Branch. Pictures are from Rental Branch where they received a 5 star review.

Used Taylor Rental for a few things for my wedding and Amanda was great throughout the entire process. I rented chair covers, and unfortunately the day of we were short the original amount rented, we called them and with no problem they supplied us with more. They also reimbursed me for the amount that I didn't originally receive. Amanda is great, I recommend working with her. (We rented the drapes & the chair covers that are pictured)

Taylor rental is absolutely phenomenal! Customer service is top notch! We were in a bind due to another rental company and they saved us. We will be a customer for life. Thank you so much!
