Tavern In The Garden

We attended a wedding at this venue last weekend, and it was so beautiful! Unfortunately we had a rainy day, but you would never know we experienced the "Plan B" version. All staff members were extremely positive and helpful, the food was delicious, bartenders so friendly (even when a long line of eager customers), and the venue itself stunning. We had a wonderful time and feel lucky to have been guests to have had this experience!

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding. Cara and staff were excellent and I highly recommend trusting their judgement and going with the vendors on their list. We used Katherine Bloom Company for coordination (12/10 recommend if you're debating getting a coordinator DO IT), Arthur's Catering, Rachel Kasie Design for Florals, and Emotive Photo for photography.

What an amazing location to get married at! Stunning backdrops at every corner for beautiful photos and the atmosphere is heavenly. The reception hall is so cozy and perfect, to me it was the best wedding location I've ever been to. Absolutely perfect.

I've been to many many many weddings in the Orlando area, but none at as nice of a location as Estate on the Halifax. You get exclusive use of the property on your wedding day and a free night stay on the night of your wedding at Agatha's Guesthouse on property. The property has ceremony locations for everyone: inside the chapel, underneath a large oak tree or outside a beautiful pavilion. My guests still rave about how beautiful the property was and how they enjoyed exploring the gardens and koi ponds during cocktail hour.

First of all, I want to thank Cara (the owner) for being so personable and helpful since we booked our wedding in 2020. The Estate constantly invests back into their venue creating new bathrooms, train car seating areas, and paved walkways to show they want the best experience for their guests. We have seen the place change for the better over the past two years since deciding to make this our venue. Cara's preferred venue list is solid and professional. The staff on the day of the wedding was so much fun and delightful. Everyone had an amazing time. I highly recommend booking your wedding here. They are the best!

The Estate on the Halifax is a true hidden treasure! My husband and I looked at ten different venues, and this one was the very first one we visited. While looking at all the other venues, we could not stop comparing them to the Estate on the Halifax, and they all fell short. I absolutely loved the look of the Estate, from the charming cottage in the gardens to the beautiful tavern where receptions are held.

The train car gives this venue its own charm that the guys instantly liked. All of our guests were amazed with the space, and I am still receiving compliments two weeks later! Cara and her team are exceptional and were very accommodating to any ideas or changes we wanted. Cara was very professional and I really felt like she cared about our wedding and making sure it was perfect.

Plus we got to stay the night after our wedding on property at Agatha's House, a gorgeous 4 room home with pool and hot tub! With so many beautiful locations to choose from around the area, we are so glad we picked Estate on the Halifax.

The Estate on the Halifax is an amazing venue, my Daughter just got married here last weekend, such beautiful grounds so many picture opportunities, wonderful staff and Cara is so helpful, highly recommend this venue

You can definitely tell how much heart and effort Cara has put into her venue. I recently got married at the State on the Halifax and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We had our ceremony at the beautiful chapel and our reception in the big and rustic venue lighting above. If you're looking for a spot to hold your event an staying for the weekend with you family and enjoy a magical out door, go check this venue out!

Our wedding was perfect! We rented out the whole venue and it was awesome to be able to get ready in Agatha's Guesthouse and the train car to walk over to the chapel for our ceremony, take pictures in the gardens and then walk to our reception in the tavern. Everyone remarked on the beautiful venue, the staff were great and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you for an amazing wedding that we will remember for the rest of our lives!

Went here for a wedding. Cute place. Lots of options for weddings outside. Reception area is very sweet. Nostalgic and cozy. The ponds and property are beautiful. Located closely to hotels, making it a wonderful place for out of town guests.

This little cute place is truly a gem if you are looking for a wedding venue! This place is soooo simple but beautiful at the same time. My nursing classmate had her wedding there and I loved the ambience. The ceremony was held in the small church. The inside of the church is all wooden with the cutest podium. Very simple. The beautiful - the chapel actually reminded me of the church on Kill Bill the movie lol.

Right after the announcement of Husband and wife the bell was rung which was so ni garden area is even more beautiful with flowers and greenery everywhere with a cute pond and nice fountain. There is a nice walkway covered with greenery everywhere that leads you to a little cottage that is called the Snow White cottage. The reception was in another building and was very simple. The bar tender was amazing and the food was even better. Def recommend if you are looking for something simple and sleek

Although this place was beautiful, my family and friends including the bride were attacked by swarms of bugs. It left my legs and arms full of red itching painful bite marks which look like the will leave scars. I had to go to a walk in clinic over the weekend spending over $100 in dr and medication bills because they look like I have a disease and I am concerned about being at work and people thinking I am contagious.

Its been a week now and they still look horrible and embarrassing. I contacted them and they had the nerve to ask if I stayed at a hotel. No, I live locally, and then they said its normal florida no seeum bugs. Ive lived here in Florida for 40 years and I am aware of no seeums and I have never had a reaction this bad. They need serious pest control there.

A very unique spot to get married at or hold a special event. We loved all of the unique settings for photos. The grounds are well kept and the gardens are gorgeous. The facilities hold an old train snow whites cabin, koinobori ponds lakes and waterfalls. The banquet hall is a wonderful spot to host a reception. Really nice.
