Every time I go in they are absolutely sweet hearts and are always super friendly it's always great that these ladies answer all your questions and just overall are crazy helpful!

Went in to look at wedding dresses I had no intention of buying a dress that day but their selection was amazing. Some of the most unique, beautiful and affordable dresses! Emily helped me out trying on our huge selection of dresses I had picked out. I ended up falling in love with two dresses and she was able to work some magic and I ended up walking away with the one dress I loved more and I didn't break my price range!

I would recommend to anyone who asked and tell them to have Emily help them! She was amazing to work with, she really made sure I liked the dress before hearing my family's opinions and made me feel confident in my choices. Overall an incredible experience!

Today was such an amazing experience! We came here after a disappointing experience at a well known bridal shop. We were greeted by Melissa and spent the next few hours trying on every dress possible. My daughter said "YES" to the dress and is so excited. The quality and selection is truly unmatched.and Melissa was amazing to work with. She had a wonderful attitude and worked so hard for us! I had a great experience here. The ladies were lovely who helped me and I loved that they had patience with me. They were willing to work with my budget of under $1,000 and I did find a dress I liked. Although I didn't purchase with them I wanted to leave a review based off my experience. I loved that they were willing to fit my budget, hold the dress while I made a decision, and let me come in multiple times to make my choice. It was a 5 star experience and I loved every bit of it. Monique was awesome!

Called last week to check on the order of my dress only to find out it wouldn't ship until October 12 and would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. When I originally ordered the dress I was told it would arrive mid September and have time for alterations for my December 4 wedding. Now surprisingly it shipped today and I can't get my deposit back because shipping was $600.

Sweetheart Manor is a humble, hidden Treasure Vally gem in a sea of pretentious, over-priced bridal shops. I found my dream bridal gown here after searching high and low at much more expensive, cold-shoulder shops in Boise. It made my year to find the exact dress I wanted. We had the salon to ourselves and they also fitted my husband for his tuxedo which had royal blue accent colors.

Their set up is comfortable and spacious with a large private room to try on garments. My consultant went above and beyond to make sure my dress was ordered just the way I wanted and in just the right size. She was so personable, attentive and understanding. They stood with us and worked with us as we had to reschedule my husband's tuxedo rental three times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

They are always so easy, patient, kind, understanding, and professional to work with. They truly go above and beyond. We will only use Sweetheart Manor for our formal attire needs and we recommend them to anyone. Thank you Sweetheart Manor for making our wedding dreams come true.

We got our groom, groomsmen, and father's suits from Sweetheart Manor and we're SO pleased with their service! They went above and beyond to make sure everything fit everyone and that they were comfortable. They had great customer service, were kind and friendly! I basically consider Sweetheart Manor consultant, Mary Ann, as part of my family now! haha. I found my dream bridal gown here! I am beyond thrilled. We had the salon to ourselves, they were able to fit in all 8 of my family members who attended (pre-COVID). I love the set up - they had a private room and a folding screen door where on the other side I was able to put the gowns on, have a minute with adequate space to look at the gown, and then pull the screen door back to show my family! Woohoo! Mary Ann helped me into each gown, laughed over the "bridal yoga" as I called it, balancing in heels trying to get through all the fabric.

She pulled me aside alone to go through the salon and pull all the gowns I wanted. They have such a beautiful selection there and for reasonable pricing to me. The staff came in with snacks and waters for my family - so sweet and thoughtful - no other salon did that for us. They just need to add a tissue box for all the happy tears! I am sad to hear they no longer sell bridesmaid dresses.

Sweetheart Manor as a HUGE collection of dresses but sadly only a small handful of those are available for plus size brides to try on. I had a really hard time imagining what a dress would look like because my consultant wouldn't do the grips that a lot of other stores do. I wanted to try on a specific dress and when I mentioned it, I got a "oh no that definitely won't fit you".

Absolutely ruined my mood for the appointment and I wanted to be done. It's a beautiful store and the consultants are nice but if you're a plus size bride, I highly recommend researching and going to another store in the valley.
