Flowers were beautiful but not what I ordered. I oredered bright corlorful cherfull childlike flowers and blue and white flowers were delivered. Forist found out that the person's favorite color was blue and changed the floweres without contact me and I was very disapointed that they did not deliver the flowers I ordered.

Lisa was very helpful and informative about the type of flower arrangement I needed for the Apis Contemporary Hotel and restaurant at last minute I found out my good friend was having his mother's celebration of life Memorial they're at the restaurant Hotel and could not decide what type of flower arrangement I wanted until I spoke with Lisa she helped me through every step of the way about the type of flower arrangement and very informative plus very familiar with the Apis contemporary hotel and restaurant as I'm in Florida could not be there for my good friends mothers celebration of life Memorial as she passed away over the pandemic when Illinois and Wisconsin were on lockdown mandates and could not have a proper funeral arrangement or celebration of life Memorial at that time over a year ago when she passed away. This was a gift for my MIL. I think it is perfect for her apartment sized balcony. She loves it! I misunderstood how to fill out the orderfrom so the florist did not know who was to be the person on behalf of whom the flowers were being sent, only having the address where the bouquet was to be sent. Paying with PayPal, she did not have my name to ask. Lisa at Sunnyside Florist did a great deal of detective work to find my phone number and the problem was resolved.
