Laura took wonderful headshots for me. She allowed for various outfit changes and let me review the shots as we took them. She did a great job and I was very comfortable working with her

Laura is great to work with. I recently got to partner with Laura of Studio One. She did a great job coordinating with her fellow wedding vendors (DJ and Officiant) in capturing key moments of the ceremony. I highly recommend Studio One.

Our wedding photos turned out absolutely amazing! Laura was perfect! She had the best attitude, and has a true talent in photography! I will continue to recommend her to all my clients who are engaged! Request Laura, and you will be guaranteed quality and professionalism. Thank you for capturing our memories on the biggest day of our lives!

We had our engagement & wedding pictures done by Laura. She was more than professional. She was kind and patient. She knew exactly how to take/pose our pictures based on our personality. And the work is amazing! I own & love my photos. I had our guestbook done with our engagement pictures (which turned out amazing) and I cannot wait to see our photo album.

If i could give Studio One Crystal Lake no stars I would. This company should be rated poor, fair is even to good to bunch this under. DO NOT use this company for any type of special occasion you will never be able to get back, such as a wedding. I made the BIGGEST mistake EVER using this company. They completly ruined my wedding pictures. I actually got better pictures from my friends and family's cell phones than Studio One Crystal Lake gave me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, trust me, find another company.

And what makes it even worse, I will never be able to get that back. The pictures are so bad I can not even put 90% of them in a wedding photo allbum. Its an embarrisment. I had a beautiful winter wedding. The ceremony and reception had this beautiful blue lighting, like a cold winter day with the warmth of the candles lit up and down the asile. But what color did every picture of the ceremony and such turn out.a neon pink color with a purple background.

The ugliest thing i have ever seen. My words cant even describe how horrible these pictures came out. And the photographer that took the pictures for me my wedding wasnt even the photographer i hired. I hired Marc, and I got Lauren. And to be Marc didnt even have the decency to call me and tell me something has come up, when he obviously knew in advanc, becaue Lauren called me nearly a week before my wedding and left me a message saying she is my photographer.

But by then they already had my account paid in full so I guess it doesnt matter how they treat there customers once they have your money paid in full. When I booked with Marc, I had also told him I would like a couple formal pictures but we wanted to have new, fun, creative pictures.didnt even get that. Got a bunch of formal crap that wasnt even nice.

I had to further crop and fix pictures with a program to have atleast some pictures to print out and put in a frame. Everything was the same 2 poses, and they only semi-close up pictures are pictures they cropped from a full length picture, no face shots, no fun shots except the one my maid of honor came up with and told her to shoot. And to top it off they ruined the "Reveal" photo, which is the one photo I told her how I wanted.

She cut half of it out. Again I got better "reveal" pictures from my friends cell phone, but its blurry. They ruined my wedding memories and they dont care at all. All you will hear them say is, well i dont know what you want me to do about it. Seriously?!?!? Now me and my husband are going to have to spend hundreds of more dollars to get dressed up again get a tux find a photographer to take good pictures of my husband and I, but that still will not fix the problem that I have no good pictures of the ceremony set up and the reception set up, that I can never reenact and thats what hurts the most.
