We stopped by just before a holiday weekend (from Syracuse) asking for our awning (made by another maker) to restitch the whole thing, which was coming undone within two years. I highly recommend Sterling Tents. I used them three times for a tent and chairs for a graduation party and they were reasonably priced, easy to work with, extremely friendly and professional. I have also dealt with them twice for U-Haul rental and had the same experience. I will definitely use them every time.
