I ordered some "rainbow roses" that got goofed up and weren't "rainbow" when received. I called them up and told them the problem.without hesitation OR excuses they redelivered them within hours of the first delivery.with no extra charges. So if you are looking for a Flower place to order from. I cannot recommend any other place to get your flowers from that would be more honest or more customer friendly than Stadium Flowers.

This place is the go-to for flower arrangements for any occasion. The prices are high but they do deliver a high quality, fresh product. I recently ordered a bereavement arrangement for a friend online and it was beautiful.

My boyfriend Mother's birthday is this coming Monday and I ordered her a cute Birthday arrangement that I saw that came with a mug and a cute balloon! It was delivered earlier than expected and the recipient was SO happy! This is the 3rd time I've used Stadium Flowers and it will NOT be the last! Love you guys!

Great customer service. If you will buy a flower arrangement that you really like but there is a dried one flower, you can ask it be replaced and they will accomodate your request.

I ordered two hanging baskets online to honor friends on Teacher Appreciation Week, and they were beautiful! The website showed a sale on these baskets, but when I checked out, I wasn't given the sale price, so I called the store, and received immediate credit. This being so close to Mother's Day, I was expecting a flower shortage or delivery delays, but was pleased to see that the service, selection and prices were exactly what I've come to expect from Stadium Flowers. Excellent!

Wonderful flower shop with lots of extra decorations and great choices in flowers. I went to find a larger arrangement for a memorial and a smaller for a specific member of the family and was able to find just what I needed for tonite. Stadium Flowers has been around for at least the last 40 years I know of and I know its because of their quality and service.

This florist was given to me on a recommendation. Wow, excellent customer service. I scheduled a delivery and found out that morning that the recipients were only available until noon. I messaged Stadium and received notification they would be delivered prior to that time. They were delivered successfully in plenty of time and they loved the arrangement, absolutely gorgeous. Thank you again and I look forward to using Stadium in the future.

I ordered a Spring Mix after calling ahead to make sure the arrangement would look like the photograph. The florist told me they make substitutes for flowers that aren't as fresh or in season, but that the arrangement would look as beautiful as their advertisement. I felt confident ordering after that conversation. A couple of hours later, these beauties were delivered to my childhood best friend's door with a lovely card attached.

She sent me photos of the arrangement that I've shares, alongside the original Stadium Flowers website photograph. As someone who sends florals at least a couple of times per year and who has been duped in the past by major tech giants forcing local florists into near bankruptcy with promises of beautiful bouquets for bargain basement prices, I now only search out local florists in the area of where I would like them delivered.

You end up paying a similar price, but the quality is far superior due to the florist actually making a necessary profit. Two thumbs way up for Stadium Flowers! Beautiful flowers, nice card, quick delivery, kind staff!

I was sent flowers from this shop after my baby boy was born and they were BEAUTIFUL and lasted so long. I decided to use them to send flowers to a friend for her birthday. Firstly, the flowers were gorgeous! Secondly, communication with the florist was smooth and easy. I needed to change the delivery address last minute and they were more than accommodating. Stadium Flowers delivered this glorious bouquet for my birthday exactly nine days ago and it still looks stunning. Have never had a cut flower arrangement look as beautiful or last nearly as long. I'm certain it will still be beautiful at two weeks!

Brown and rotten flowers in my arrangement. My husband went to Stadium Flowers on Saturday early evening and picked out an arrangement for our anniversary. He saw white and a lily and knew I love white lilies. He was trying to keep the arrangement hidden, but I saw it. The flowers are all droopy as are the greens. There are 2 flowers that are brown and rotten.

It is obviously and older arrangement because the lily stem had two lilies on it and one had been cut off before he bought it and all that remained is the shriveled browning bud of another. What a lack of attention from the salespeople. They had to have seen the brown flowers and drooping greens. I saw them from 5 feet away. I was happy to receive flowers, but was upset that he had paid $60 + for brown and rotten flowers. They are closed today and tomorrow, but hopefully when he calls on Tuesday they can remedy this.

I called to re route my order, I left a message and within. 5 min I got a call from them. The lady that helped me was new but did a fantastic job and was able to help me. Her name is Pam Perdue and in our pleasant conversation I found out she is a retired RN. Seems to reason why she was so helpful. She cares! Thank you Pam!

I ordered a $100 dollar bouquet for my mother's birthday (over $120 with tax and delivery). I requested dahlias, hydrangias and roses. Based on their pre-fab bouquets, I was expecting easily 3 times this size arrangement. The flowers in this arrangement were pathetic. 1 hydrangea, three roses, one stalk and two snap dragons. So disappointed.

This place is amazing! I have ordered from here 3 times in the last 4 months. The bouquets are always beautiful! They have great customer service as well. I ordered something wrong on their website the other day. I emailed them about it (because the store wasn't even open yet) and they called me right away. The girl I talked to was very nice and she helped me decide on an alternative item. You guys are great! Thank you!

Ordered an expensive arrangement. Looked great and showed up fast! Giving 3 stars do to longevity. I've had arrangements from other providers last weeks. But after a few days, some of the flowers started wilting. Arrangement looks pretty dead after just a week. Wasn't a water issue as I did keep the vase topped off. Maybe my expectations on how long arrangements tend to last is off?

I sent a get-well flower/plant basket and a Voluspa candle through Stadium Flowers. I, as well as the recipient of the gifts, are extremely pleased! If I could give it a 0 star, I would. Came in today with my partner to buy flowers for my mother in law. Right away we walked in and I was starred down for a good amount of time and we kept looking back at the older woman to see if it was a one minute type thing. and still she was starring at me, nobody else, and it was obvious to the both of us (my partner and I) that i was being discriminated for the color of my skin and the way I look.

Immediately realizing how rude and nasty I was being starred at. We kindly walked away, and will never come back. It's 2021 and I thought I would feel comfortable and safe in my own community I've lived in for 20+ years.

Pretty disappointed in this business. I ordered early in the week for Mother's Day. Decided to have the flowers delivered on Saturday instead of Sunday. Not only did they not deliver them on sat. when you order this beautiful pictured plant. this is what you get. Do yourself a favor a shop elsewhere

This is my second delivery order. I send flowers to my mom on Mother's Day and her birthday. They have been beautiful and on time both times. Thank you stadium flowers.

My partner and I got married on March 17 (St. Patrick's Day) and we did not get the marriage license in the mail until the afternoon on the day before. Stadium Flowers still was able to produce the table arrangement that we had requested, which was GORGEOUS. But, more than that, they sent along the orchid plants which provided flowers for the arrangement, AND an extra, free orchid.

All of those orchids are now repotted in orchid bark (orchids are one of my hobbies) and I look forward to the memories they will provide when they bloom again. It was the most lovely arrangement in yellow and white - huge yellow lilies, roses, carnations and, my favorite, white orchids. From the Happy Couple, Eric & Raven Happy.

We ordered a flower arrangement from the website from out of town for local Edmonds delivery. The website was very user friendly. The flower selection and prices are excellent. Will definitely be ordering from here in the future.

I have always loved the flowers I receive locally from Stadium Flowers and those that I have picked up. This recent order was a delivery. They were delivered on time.

I ordered a bouquet over the phone with Stadium Flowers. The arrangement was for a funeral and the only specific flower that I asked for was the Stargazer Lily. I spent $400 for the arrangement. The arrangement was beautiful, however, every one of the Stargazer Lilies was closed. Presumably the flowers opened a day or two later, unfortunately, a memorial is only for 2 or 3 hours.

What good is a Stargazer lily that is closed? The gorgeous petal cannot be seen nor can the wonderful aroma be smelt. I am quite disappointed. If Stadium Flowers would have called me and told me that they did not have any open Stargazers, I would have asked for a different flower. Sadly, I was not called.

The flowers arrived early and were absolutely gorgeous. I'm speechless and so was my wife.

I wanted to send a "Happy Spring" message to all of our employees who are working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. I called Stadium yesterday and asked if they could deliver 9 spring-themed planters by end of day. Louise was so friendly and helpful! When she found that she didn't have 9 of exactly the same arrangement, she found wonderful substitutes that were a bit more costly but offered them at the same price.

All nine of the deliveries were completed by about 1 pm. This is the reason that I do my best to shop local whenever I can, especially now. Thank you so much, Stadium Flowers team!

I ordered flowers online the day before Valentines day and requested pick up. The next day I went to the Stadium and there was a police officer directing traffic in their little parking lot. I thought that was pretty cool. I got in line. Pretty much immediately an employee asked me if I had an order, and quickly produced my flowers. I was out the door in no time. My wife said the flowers were perfect (perfect as in flawless). Excellent service, amazing flowers. Thank you, Stadium Flowers.
