Needed a suit on super short notice and was given ample understanding and cooperation. Staff were more than happy to help and extremely accommodating. Suit fit great and was complimented amply. Great experience and price all around. i'll be using again in the future.

Went in a week before I needed Tux and was fitted everything seemed fine. Showed up on day tux was "going to be in after 1 PM" and it was not in and wasn't going to be in that day. When I then asked for a refund I was told I still had to pay 25$ for a fitting fee. Don't go here if you want your tuxedo in on time.

Great service! the Seamstress there was polite and kind, she helped me pick out the perfect Mardi Gras vest and we had just a delightful conversation. 10/10 will be swinging by there again!

Excellent customer service. Everyone was so helpful and flexible during the rescheduling of my daughter's wedding due to the Coronavirus. I received many compliments on the tux and how it fit so well. Thank y'all so much!

No stars should be an option - horrible experience! Sure, they're nice as they tell you 'well we can either give you the one that is too tight or too loose' and even though they are in the business of fitting you in a shirt they can only give you two choices - both bad. I came in to pick it up hoping against hope that the real rental would fit better than what they were testing with but it turned out much worse.

The shirt seemed old and smelly, the jacket weighed so much I thought I'd melt, the pants made me feel like a clown. But they reminded me the sides could be adjusted - because, you know, one size fits just about everybody. The vest wasn't really a vest but the facade of a vest so taking off the ridiculously heavy coat would be to reveal the cheap ruse of a vest.

I got home and tried it on again and decided I just couldn't wear it and because I was out of time I had to buy one from Joe Bank - but when I brought it back they wouldn't refund any of my rental because I didn't complain enough when I tried it on the first time at the store. The manager lady said she could have fixed it - right, yea, sure. And with my crew leaving the next day I had to keep my options open so right, I did take it out the front door. No satisfaction guaranteed here - unless you like looking like a clown.

Very nice guy. He's very professional from head to toe. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This place is good on the onset, but they will not make their F.U. Then they try to make the customers look ignorant. Then the Biotch of a manager screamed at us when we confronted her about one of her employees were very disrespectful with my wife on the phone.
