NEVER again. I live 2 miles from the store and was promised on time delivery today Feb 14th. It is now 4:28pm and still waiting.

Ordered a $55 arrangement. When I went to pick it up. I was extremely disappointed in the size. I felt taken advantage of. When I tried to speak and bring up the issue. Instead of a solution I got attitude from the cashier They tried to bully me into keeping hush. Which is a very common tactic. Save your money, spend it somewhere else. There's plenty of other florist out there, that actually care about their customers.

Always an amazing effort when sending my mother a bday arrangement. The premium flowers are unique and very special.

(Ridiculous) priced first the size! $71.00 with a extra delivery charge to have before noon and they showed up at exactly noon. Soooo small for $71.00. I will never make that mistake again.

Helpful Staff. Caution: Be VERY specific in conversation about what you will be getting. Don't presume that the upgrading option ($30 additional) of your flower arrangement order will look any more special than the featured photo, because it won't. Don't presume that a tabletop arrangement picture that you see on their site will look pretty in the back, as mine did not.

I can tell you that the tabletop arrangements will need to be placed against a wall, and not in the center of a table. The staff is pleasant to deal with, which can make you presume that your order will be handled in a special way, but sadly, not so for me.

I had flowers delivered to my mom today for Mother's Day and the arrangement is gorgeous! I ordered online and the online picture doesn't do the arrangement justice. It's beautiful! The delivery person was also awesome, making sure to practice social distancing when delivering the arrangement and was super friendly (per my mom).

This beautiful bouquet of fragrant roses and pink Alstros were delivered a week ago today. I am thrilled and the sender was astonished. Awesome service and incredible quality!

Simply Roses in Port Orange, FL did a great job providing a beautiful bouquet for a family member. I ordered from their website and they delivered it the next day in a timely manner. I was able to choose morning delivery and it worked out perfect. The flowers were beautiful and arranged artfully in the vase, and their fragrance filled the room. My Grandmother was very happy with them.

The flowers are the freshest available locally and they last far longer than I ever expect (7-10 days if I change the water often), and the creativity is beyond expectation. Very disappointed in our experience with this florist today. We went in and no one greeted us. When we asked for help, they seemed bothered. We were told to come back in :30 minutes to pick up our order. When we returned :45 minutes later, they acted surprised to see and the arrangement wasn't ready. They asked us to wait 15 minutes.we declined and left.

I was extremely disappointed with the flowers I received. They were not even taken out of the delivery box before they were wilted. My husband bought me flowers on mother's day and another arrangement 6 days later for our anniversary.

I highly recommend shopping here. I live in Missouri and needed to send flowers to a family member. They were super helpful, the flowers were beautiful and they even emailed me once they were delivered. None of that worrying if so and so got their flowers yet. Price was great too. Not cheap, but not expensive.

Simply Roses created the most beautiful "thinking of you" arrangement for a special friend in hospice: 10 rosebuds in a special container symbolizing our group of 10 friends close to her in thought and prayer. They created and delivered the arrangement within hours for only $10 delivery fee. Try finding that online! Thank you so much for the exceptional service and such a reasonable cost.

So glad we found this shop! We needed arrangements for my mother-in-law's service the next day and we showed up late in the afternoon, you know how time escapes you during a time like this. Anyway, despite these ladies making many huge and fabulous arrangements for a wedding, they said No Problem and made 3 beautiful arrangements, including a special one to surround the urn.
