Mother's 100th Birthday Party Rented tables, tents and linens from SF Party REntals. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from the get-g0. Called to place order 5 wks before party. Called to confirm 1 week out and they had no record of the call. They were rude and less than helpful and it didn't help there was a language barrier. When they delivered the order they didn't bring the chairs.

They blamed that on me. Their workers didn't speak english and my parents are 91 and 100 and don't know any better to push back if they get bad service. When they came to pick up the stuff my dad answered the door. He gets confused easily so he asked them to wait until my mom got out of the bathroom. They left and the company called me to tell he they wouldn't take down the equipment for my aged parents and charge me to do so. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

The women the runs the office is so rude! When we rented chairs, we had the most awful experience. We ended up needing a refund for not using her chairs and she gave us a hard time about that and just wanted to give us a credit which we rejected because we did not use what we rented. After she proceeded in giving us attitude about the refund, she refunded the money but told us that there would not be another refund in the event that we didnt use the products. VERY RUDE and Very unprofessional. Will not be doing business with then in the future or refering them.

Rented some wine glasses for a small event. Initially I was very excited because using this company for larger events would have made my life much easier. But due to the service I received from the gentleman who gives/receives the rentals I will never use them again. He was ridiculously rude and lazy. It blows me away that his attitude is tolerated.

I understand having a bad day here and there, but I was nothing but kind to him and he acted as if I was making his life harder, even throwing his hands up in an exasperated/aggressive manor. I will never go to them for rentals again. The office people were kind and organized, but it just doesn't make up for how rude that gentleman was when I picked up and returned my items. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

They definitely know they're the only party rental place in town. The prices are crazy! But the staff was very helpful.

Rent a 40 x 40 Tent Service was good Cayman set it up early I will use them again

Looking to rent a ferris wheel, but the reviews on this site have really helped me decide to not look here.

Definitely check what you are renting before you get it to the location and realize that not all the poles are there and the tent is rendered useless. The owners did give 1/2 off for the rental though. Woot woot!

My experience with Santa Fe Party Rentals was that they were not professional and their equipment was damaged. I read similar reviews and ignored them.now I wish that I hadn't. The service was horribly rude and not helpful. Their equipment was damaged, and when I asked for non-damaged equipment, I was told, "This is what you get when you rent." Upon returning the equipment, we had to ask someone to help us unload and that is after my father and I unloaded six 72 inch tables by ourselves.

I NEVER write negative reviews, but I feel that Santa Fe Party Rentals needs to update their damaged equipment and provide better customer service. If you are looking to rent. I strongly advise you to go elsewhere.

Workers couldn't understand English. Looks like a homeless shelter. Rented jumpy and 20 chairs. Jumpy never stayed inflated, doorway kept hanging over, never stayed upright without a rope I had to supply and tie it up. So I go to return and because I didn't unload my truck right to return rentals, I did it wrong.

My dining room table seats 8 max. Thanks to Santa Fe Party Rentals we were easily and affordably able to extend it with a 36" X 36" wooden "card table" and 2 different sizes of matching colored top quality cloths. The "adobe" cloths, the "chocolate" poplin napkins and the "persimmon" fiesta china combo was a huge hit! I'll be back for more special event satisfaction.

Incredibly rude! Today I returned heavy patio heaters that we rented. Unfortunately I have bad elbows and I was not able to assist the laborer in off-loading these from my truck. The management on duty told me that effectively this was my problem not theirs. Nobody else was there to help and I had a schedule to keep: I did not want to wait until their crew arrived back to help unload.

Stress arose over this issue between me and the laborer eventually yelled at me to "shut up" and he ripped the heater igniter out my hand. Eventually (10 minutes - not that bad) a crew arrived to unload the heaters. How sad is it that, because they are the only game in town for "party rentals", they have to treat customers like dirt.

Worst communication skills ever! And I'm not just referring to their lack of English. This place is a ripoff! Their tables are damaged and ugly. Their service is horrible. It is overpriced and nobody there can stay calm when you're addressing your problem- they are rude and disrespectful money hungry people. Not a very professional business. I would NEVR refer Santa Fe Party Rentals to anyone! A party is stressful enough to plan- why does this place need to add to the stress.
