I would give no stars if it were possible. SCAM ARTISTS! This company took a deposit for an event tent, tables, chairs, linens and a stage for my uncle's wedding and were to deliver it the day before the event. Set up would take 4-6 hours. At 10:00 AM the day before we were told they were coming to deliver the tent and would be there in an hour and a half.

When it did not come by 1:00, we called them and their emergency line every hour without a response. The day of the wedding it took a guest calling the emergency line and they did call back to again say they would be there in an hour and a half. This was at 10:00 in the morning. At 1:47 they showed up for a 4:00 wedding. Obviously, we had to scramble to find another rental agency to get us out of the bind this company left us in. They laughed when we sent them away. This organization lacks professionalism. By the way, all of the good reviews on this company came from family members!

Absolutely the worst company I have seen. No professionalism. They were 4 hours late after they said they were an hour and a half out. The employees are incredibly disrespectful, most likely because their boss is as well. If you have the time go look at one of their other reviews where management responded. The proceeded to insult their customer by saying "you live under a rock" when looking at their company name their only service is in it, Rob. That's all this company is about so stay as far away from them as you can.

If I could get this company zero stars that would still be too high of a rating. They were supposed to deliver items for my wedding and the time that they gave for delivery was 7:00 a.m. to Noon the Friday before. I had organized caterers and decorating help around that timeline and at 12:30 they had still not shown up yet. I called at 12:30 to follow up on an estimated delivery time and was told that they would be delivered in 30 minutes.

At 1:15 I called again after the items had still not shown up and they told me that they apologized and they would be delivered by 2:00 p.m. those items never showed up And we were never able to get a hold of someone again. Save yourself the time and stress and find a different rental company. I highly recommend Primary Event Rental in Loveland, they were able to deliver items last minute within 1 hour of me calling and were wondering wonderful to work with.

In mid April requested from their website and order for tables and chairs for June 9th evening. Called mid May to follow-up on no response and am told they are fully booked for all of May and June. Would have been nice to get that information a month ago so I could find a different place. Won't ever use this business in the future. In response to the company response.

Everyone is struggling and believe me I know that. But life is still going on and people are planning weddings and events. A simple response 2 weeks ago would have allowed me to look for a different company to supply a rehearsal dinner with 6 tables and 35 chairs. Your rude response ensures I will never use your services in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were told our tent rental for our wedding would be delivered between 10a-2p. At 1:45p we called to verify if they were still on time and we were told they were running late and would arrive between 3p-7p. 7p rolled around and still no rentals. Our tent, chairs, flooring and lighting did not arrive until 11:00p that evening.

They did not finish set up until 4:30a the next morning. Everything was filthy and they forgot one of our tablecloths. To make it worse everyone we spoke with was incredibly rude, they never apologized for the inconveniences or took it upon themselves to communicate with us at all. Upon pick up, Robin Rentals never called us to let us know when they were coming and did not collect the rentals until 2 days after the scheduled pick up date. Chose a different company for your rental needs. If you go with this company I highly recommend you have a back up plan. It was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Robin Event Rental helped me with a pre- party for my wedding, and it was incredible! They were there early and consistently did everything needed and asked of them without hesitation or complaint! The decor was beautiful and appropriate for the party we were hosting. My party wouldn't have been nearly as much of a success if it weren't for Robin Event Rental! I can't thank them enough!

My family and business LOVES Robin Event Rental! I've used Robin Event Rental for many events and have always had an incredible experience! My best Robin Event Rental Story would be when I hired them to provide a tent for my wedding up in Nederland in late June. Believe it or not, in late June, the weather changed from 80 degrees and sunny to 20 degrees and snowing!

In a frenzy I called Robin Event Rental the evening before and within a few hours they had a massive propane tank and heater up to the property saving the wedding! In addition to my wedding I have used their rentals for concerts, fundraisers and corporate events and have always had great success and found their prices to be extremely competitive. I wholeheartedly recommend Robin Event Rental to anyone who wants quality gear that is set up professionally by a company you can count on!

I attended my cousin's most beautiful wedding in Fort Collins early this year, they had the coolest tent set up, I'm assuming the tables and chairs also came from Robin Rentals, which they were all good, but the tablecloths on the table were to die for! Honestly, after attending I told my boyfriend that we need to get engaged and book thru Robin! haha

I had a problem with my rental and talked to the manager who was very understanding and knowledgeable. She totally took care of the situation. Robin Rental stands by their customers. Will definitely use them again will recommend them to my friends for their next event!

Robins rentals was used for my daughter's wedding reception and they were awful. Would not recommend for any event. We were given a window for delivery the day before the wedding of 10-2 did not show up until 11pm. The groom was trying to sleep but could not due to the noise and lights. Everything was filthy we were short table linens. Customer service was horrific!

They were rude and would tell us they were in route to deliver and they wouldn't show up at the time given, this happened 3 times. DONT USE ROBINS RENTALS! AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

I would not recommend this company as they lied to me several times about delivery. I was told Thursday-and the tent was finally settled up at 6:30 pm on Friday. They sent me a broken table which could not be replaced in time for the wedding. Wedding coordinator, photographer and I all asked to talk to the owner. It's been 10 days since the wedding and no call from the owner. Buyer beware! The

This was the best decision I made for our sons wedding in our back yard which views out to open space. I considered renting a tent from a local rental and borrowing chairs and tables from church. The logistics of that was not what we wanted to remember of the event. The quote was easily adjustable as our needs changed. The set up crew was in and out in 36 minutes for a 20x30 tent, 40 chairs and 5 tables.

They checked for sprinkler lines near their anchors and verified the integrity and cleanliness of the equipment. Everything was top quality. The boss showed up for the tear down to verify the customer satisfaction and they were gone in 20 minutes. Definitely recommend Robin Event Rental and will use them again for future events.

I went to Robin Event Rental for my daughter's wedding in May. They had the farm tables and benches that fit perfect with the theme. Other rental companies didn't have them. Megan and I spoke many a times about what I needed from them. She was patient with me through all of my phone calls and emails. I added and subtracted and added again items for the wedding and reception.

She always made sure that I knew what my bill was going to be. We rented a pole tent and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it put up and ready to go within a matter of an hour. the delivery guys were friendly and walked me through all of what I needed to know. I couldn't have been happier with their customer service and prices. Thank you, all of you for your help in making my daughter's wedding and reception a success.
