Faq Report

We encourage reserving items in advance to avoid disappointment. A 50% security deposit is required to secure a reservation along with a signed policy sheet. A valid Drivers License is required on all rentals. Corporate accounts must adhere to the same policy unless an account has been set up and a PO issued.

Rental Policies and Forms Report

RENTAL RATES: Rental rates are based on time out, whether used or not used and are based on a one-day usage. You may pick up one day prior to your event and return one day after during normal business hours. Special rates are available for longer periods. RESERVATIONS: A 50% security deposit is required to secure a reservation.

My Husband and I used the rental place for our wedding. They did everything: our tent, chairs, decor, glassware etc. We even used these new velvet table clothes they have. They were stunning We decided last minute to move our reception outside due to Covid, and it turned out beautifully. The ambiance with the candles and chandeliers was amazing. They went above and beyond and were super friendly. Liz is great!

Very grateful to Liz and her team for being able to get my client linens at the last minute for her wedding that she forgot to order. The even had them couriered downtown Atlanta within such short notice and stayed after hours to ensure the linens were picked up in pristine condition. I have used The Rental Place for at least 10 years. They are the best and when my daughter got married they were incredible. John and Liz will go out of there way to help you stick to your event budget! I once drug a UHaul all the way to Kansas and back so I could use their stuff. WHY?.because I am never surprised by the quality and their helpfulness.

The ladies that work here are nice and prices are fair. I took off one star because I was forced to run late to my own wedding since my order wasn't ready the day before and was met with attitude by a temp worker. The owner apologized and took care of the worker, though which is why a positive review is still due.
