All Event Rental & Design were wonderful to work with. They were able to accommodate a last minute addition to the order of tablecloths without incident. The best prices in the SRQ area and outstanding customer service make them the go to for your party rental needs.

I'm sharing my experience because I was asked to. We rented a popcorn machine for an event last month. Pick up went smoothly, we received all the supplies, and the machine itself worked very well. However, the issue came when we started to bag the popcorn during the event. Strangely, the seams along the back of the paper bags were not sealed/glued, rendering the bags completely useless to hold anything. Needless to say, we had to scramble to find an alternative last minute which was a big inconvenience during the event.

I know it was mainly a "slip up" manufacturing issue from the vendor of the bags, but I was mainly frustrated with how my complaint was received upon return of the machine, even when I stated my concern respectfully, hoping for some kind of compensation to make up for the inconvenience. I understand the bags themselves weren't a large part (if any) of the rental price, but we reserved the popcorn machine with the expectation of having the necessary, functional materials to serve said popcorn.

To begin with I arrived 24 hours prior to my event and was told my order was cancelled for non payment, which was paid in full 2 weeks prior, then after they apologized for the confusion I was told they didn't have the black chairs I ordered but could do white, of course I had to agree because I needed the chairs, they still offered no discount for their mistake and on top of all this they offer no help with loading. Poor customer service, unfriendly staff, unorganized, don't waste your time.

We ordered tables and chairs for a wedding and reception on Siesta Key Beach. Delivery was not only late where it impacted set up of our ceremony, but the person delivering/setting up equipment did not seem to understand the expectations of our contract, and when expectations were explained they were EXTREMELY rude to the people we had there to greet them/help facilitate.

We were charged extra for an additional pick-up fee (based on what we needed) but the company did not actually follow through with what they were charging us for (additional $175). Not to mention other smaller items we were charged for within our order were completely forgotten. Grand scheme of the whole day: we did get what we needed. However, most of what you are paying for are convenience and experience/ambiance, both of which were impacted despite getting what we needed.

All of the sales staff were very helpful PRIOR to our big day but when we reached out to talk with them about all of the above we NEVER heard back. At that point they were already paid and we no longer were customers.

All Event Rental recently handled the chair rentals for our daughter's wedding. They were easy to work with and responded quickly and professionally to our questions and concerns. I highly recommend them for your rental needs.

I am a local photographer and needed to rent a bench for a photoshoot. The team was great to work with, pick up and drop off was easy and the whole process was great. I will definitely use All Event Rental in the future!

Wonderful job on the linens and centerpieces for our company 50 year anniversary party. They listened to our vision of what we wanted, and designed gorgeous centerpieces. My photos don't do them justice, but they were beautiful.

We rented 3 round tables, 17 chairs, plates, glasses, flatware, tablecloths. All were delivered and brought out to our lanai. Rinsed all dishes etc, stacked in crates. So easy and clean up was quick. Truck drivers call when they are close, so friendly and efficient. We had everything on lanai for pick up as we could not be home.

We used All Event Rental & Design for our Bar Mitzvah. They were absolutely amazing to work with. Having to plan an event remotely is challenging enough, All Event Rental & Design exceed all my expectations. Their entire team was a pleasure to work with. I rented linens for the picnic tables to my reception at the Sea Turtle Pavillion in Siesta Key Beach. I also rented Draping for the ceiling. They did such a beautiful job with the draping it literally made the Pavillion look so beautiful. They also came back and brought me a cake table that I totally forgot to order for my cake which they didn't have to; it was my mistake because I ordered the linen for the cake table but forgot to order the cake table but Paula went above and beyond to make sure I got a table for my cake and came back a 2nd time with the table. They really are the sweetest people and very helpful. All this planned and I live in Brooklyn, NY and these people did an exceptional job. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the 2nd year I have rented tables and chairs for Thanksgiving. The prices are great as well as the staff. The whole process is painless and hassle free. Couldn't be more pleased with All Event!

I cannot even begin to describe how happy I was with The Devyn Event Center, All Event Rental & Design, and Melissa, the manager. I hosted my 50th birthday party on August 28, 2021 and wanted to do a 70s and 80s music/disco themed party. Melissa worked with me very closely, always took time for my questions and calls and was extraordinary! I was so happy with the venue.they allowed me plenty of time to decorate & tear down, there is plenty of parking, the bathrooms are nice and the temperature was perfect.

I chose to use a lot of my own decorations but they have so many options for rentals to make for a beautiful wedding or other celebration. I would highly recommend this venue for any type of event. There was not one single thing that was wrong and Melissa is a true professional. They made my 50th birthday a truly special event and I can't thank them enough!

This company left a bad taste in my mouth after a conversation that went on for over a week about a refund. After many emails back and forth and a phone with someone who works there, I went in to work it out. The owner raised his voice at my future mother in law and was overall very rude about the whole thing. We ended up taking a refund just to get away from them and move on with plans for our our event. Horrible customer service! I will NEVER return to this business.

I can't recommend this place enough! The owner personally showed up on time, was efficient and did a fantastic job dressing up the venue at Maxine Barritt Park. And right on time, disassembled it all just as efficiently. I shopped prices and they beat all local competitors. They did not miss a beat.

Last night I attended an event at Habour Isle in Bradenton at their marina which fantastic. It was set up beautifully and I learned it was All Event Rental that did the set up. I would highly recommend using this company, they do a top notch job and I was completely blown away.

BEWARE to anyone using this company: I (unfortunately) used them for my outdoor wedding and had a tent on hold in case it was needed for my reception. Per their contract, you must decide a few days prior if you plan to use it or not. If you decide not to use it you then get the money back that you have paid for the tent. We decided against the tent and were told we would have our money back in 30 days (kind of a long time to return a DEPOSIT, but ok). 30 days came and went and after multiple attempts to contact them from my wedding planner, they said we would have it within the week.

I am now almost 60 days out from my wedding and still do not have my money. It is very hard to get a hold of someone and when I do, I am told I will hear back on something by the end of the day. you can probably guess how that goes.

I am shocked and appalled by the way I was treated by Bee Ridge Florist and @alleventrental&design. They are one in the same don't be fooled! I have been calling around to get info for wedding flower arrangements. I had no idea they were the same company. I set up an appointment with All Event Rental & Design to see what they had to offer. I then called Bee Ridge Florist (Two different phone numbers) to see what they had to offer.

When they transferred me to speak with an agent it was the same one as from All Events. It is a shame i didn't get her name but WOW! How unprofessional and rude. The treatment I received was appalling. She told me that I was unprofessional for shopping around for a florist. That it was unprofessional to waste their time getting a quote and that you should only work with one person.

News flash rude lady! People shop around to get quotes. Don't think you are the best around there may be others better than you! I can guarantee that my business will not be with them and I will spread the word about their UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & DISGUSTING ATTITUDE. Too bad I can't give ZERO STARS!

Is all good when you are there talking with them and you pay for it, then everything change. They gave me a very hard time to pick up my chairs and tables and also to drop them off probably because they wanted more money. Customer service by phone is terrible they hang up the phone once and they told me the warehouse was closed so I could not pick up my chairs/ tables and also they told me several times that was my own problem, and that was not true the guys were still there at the warehouse.

They told me the warehouse is not open on Sundays and they do not work on Sundays, but that is not true they were there so I do not understand why they lied to me several times. This is the worse service I've ever had and I will not recommend this place.

After another rental place fell through with only 2 weeks left before my daughter's wedding this place came through for us. Some places wouldn't deliver to Myakka City and/or charged a high price. The two men who delivered the equipment were very gracious in giving me some assistance since I had never set up for an outdoor wedding before. Moses and Jerard were very good at giving advice and recommendations. The gentlemen who picked up was also excellent and professional according to my son-in-law. Highly recommend

Absolutely terrible customer service. Takes forever for anyone to respond to emails or phone calls. I had ordered an arch, 8 benches and 2 tables for my beach wedding and was short two benches when they arrived. The setup was rushed and sloppy and it took forever to receive a credit for the benches that didn't show up. I am still trying to receive some sort of compensation for the setup that had to be redone by my dad and one of my guests right before we walked down the aisle, but I don't have high hopes.
