Services
It all started in 1954 with the growing popularity of gasoline-powered lawnmowers. They were new to the consumer market and still very expensive to purchase. Our founder, Air Force veteran Dan Rardin saw an opportunity. He moved to Chattanooga, TN with his wife and used his savings to purchase several lawn mowers and to lease a storefront on Main Street.

Very disappointed! It was late when I realized I needed a tool or at least thought of finding one to rent. 2 I get there about 2:30. They tell me it's $15 for half a day $25 for a full day. So I ask if I can get a discount since I'm only able to get it for a couple hours because they close at 5. Of course I'm charged for a half day. I expressed a couple of times not being able to afford renting it for the entire weekend.
Which would have been a perfect time to offer me the weekend special which I did not notice until after I had already returned the tool. But because of their negligence to inform me that there was no need to make critical mistakes repairing my car because I only had about an hour to get the bolts off that I could take my time and relax because I could have it the entire weekend for just a few dollars more.
Oh no let's stress me out (like I'm not stressed enough atm) and not tell me about the special not give me any kind of discount. Nothing! And had they told me I could have repaired the other side as well and probably have my ride back by Sunday. But noooo! So Lord only know when or how I will be able to repair my vehicle because I can't afford to rent it again and all it would have taken was just a little mention of their weekend special.

My caterer recommended this company to me after discovering that my venue did not have enough stuff for my reception. I was panicked that they might not have what I needed on such short notice (2 days) but they were so helpful and accommodating! I just called them and told them what I needed, when I needed it delivered, and they took care of all the details.
All the plates and flatware were spotless and good quality, the glassware had no water spots, and all the extra chairs I needed were clean! These folks really saved the day and did not disappoint! I will certainly recommend them to everyone! Thank you guys so much! Cheers!

Rented tiller did not run right. Ran fine just sitting, but not when asked to work in the dirt - would bog down and quit. We took it back and they said ran fine, but explained it didn't run right when asked toTILL, and not just sit and run. We took the time out of the day to return TWICE and they still charged the full 2 days and said that is what was agreed to in the contract paper work.
We didn't even get it to work 20 min. THen they said it was our fault because said we put the gas cap on too tight. We didn't do anything with the gas cap! Didn't run it enough to need gas!

They seemed like nice people, but don't trust them. I spoke to them about reserving some tables and chairs for a wedding and they said they would call me if anyone else was interested in that date before renting to them. When we spoke to them again to put down the deposit they had already signed a contract with someone else without notifying me. They lied to my fiancee and said they had called me, but there's no record of it on the caller history.
This is a very untrustworthy way to do business. If you don't think you can make a call before renting to someone else, you shouldn't make such a promise. There are other rental companies available in Chattanooga. Rent from these people at your own risk.
