Rent-All City

We recently rented chairs, tables, and tablecloths for a resident event at The Pointe on Westshore Apartments. Bev was so helpful with my order. She really helped me figure out which options would work best for our event. The delivery arrived on-time and the pick-up was super easy. We will absolutely be using them again!

I cannot have been more impressed with this company. They handled a very high visibility military event. They were half the price than some competitors for the dame service. Very responsive and user friendly. When it became apparent, while setting up, that I contracted for more supplies than needed, they said "no problem" loaded up the unnecessary gear, then I received an unsolicited email that night with an updated quote for the decreased rental and a refund of almost $3,000 of already paid funds. I strongly endorse them.

I guess i forgot to leave a review the first time i used them, but im currently on my second phone call about to rent more tables and chairs. customer service is top notch and is part of the reason why i am a repeat customer.

PERFECT! Communication was great, delivery was on time, tablecloths where spotless, pressed. They made our Thanksgiving comfortable for a bunch of people in a small house. Now repeating for Christmas! Won't go anywhere else!

Terrible experience every step of the way. I was warned about their incompetence and complete lack of service but went with them out of convenience and immediately regretted it. If your event is important AT ALL do not hire rent-all-city.

Rent-All City was really great and our wedding turned out beautiful with their help! Howard was really great. I was able to add tables and chairs at the last minute. We were even able to add or adjust the tent size if the weather was going to be bad (luckily, it wasn't). The string lights in the tent were SOOO pretty and really set the mood. One major hiccup was, on the wedding day, the were about 2 hours late to start setting up.

We had enough time, but all the other vendors needed tables and chairs setup to start decorating and getting other things set-up. They also tend to "nickel and dime" you when it comes to fees for setting up, taking down, "late night" charge (which was 11:30). Overall, I was happy with the service, but could have been better. Of note, the decor in the images were not provided by Rent-All City and the chair were not carried to the beach by them, as this was an extra charge.

Bev was awesome! She helped us so much right from the beginning! We barely new where to start - very knowledgeable and on top of everything! The delivery and set up and removal of the tent and dance floor was seamless! Thanks guys for an awesome job- you made our party spectacular!

I needed a portable AC unit for a few days while my home system was down. I was able to reserve one and pick it up within an hour. The staff were friendly and helpful when I went to pick it up. They made sure I knew how to operate it, and loaded it into my car for me. The daily and weekly rental rate was very reasonable, and the equipment was in perfect working order.

I was very pleased with the services from Rentall city! Bev, Justin, and Lisa was just awesome in providing the excellent customer service that I was seeking. Even after a couple of changes to my order and cancellation they remained very professional and understanding! Don't let me leave out that I instantly received my refund without having to wait. Carissa at Rent-All City was so kind to help with the arrangements for a last minute event. Our items were delivered to the beach so we could have a socially distance service. We will always use Rent-All City for our events - highly recommend!

Everyone from the staff in the store to the delivery drivers were friendly, helpful and great to work with! And the prices are extremely reasonable. Rent-All City was so easy to work with! As our wedding got closer, we needed to make adjustments - reducing the count on certain items and adding some additional rentals - and they were happy to make changes up until 2 days before. They worked directly with our venue to coordinate delivery and pick-up, which saved a lot of logistical stress on our end. Plus, their prices are incredibly reasonable! Overall, we had a great experience with them.

Always the best experience! I have rented tables and wedding supplies for so many events, the staff is so great! The girls in the office and the gentlemen in the warehouse loading up, always so nice and happy. Howard is great customer service when I call and I will continue to rent from them for all my event needs. I needed quite a few car seats for my daughters visit and found them on line.they were very professional and accommodating and served my needs perfectly with little effort from me. I highly recommend using them when needing to rent.they carry a wide variety of items

My husband and I decided to rent a beach house in Treasure Island, FL and hire our vendors "a la carte." So we decided to hire Rent-All-City for all our rental equipment. Justin and Howard were the representatives who were in contact with us throughout our year of planning; they answered all our questions in the process. It was so easy to get a quote and establish a contract with Rent All City.

Any time I decided to add an item to the contract, I just had to call or email them and they would send me a revised contract in less than 24 hours. They allowed the flexibility that we could keep adding items to the contract up until a couple days before and make the payment right before the wedding too, which was helpful. Prices were reasonable.

If you have a weekend wedding, they will only charge you for one day and allow you to keep the equipment from Friday to Monday - that was the best part! The people who came to delivery and set up were all friendly and helpful. We ordered everything from them: tent, chairs, dinner tables, cake table, vendor tables, bar station, dance floor, lighting, coolers, etc. Thanks for helping us throw a great wedding by ourselves!

I do a lot of catering in treasure island and rent a city is always my first choice. Very helpful when calling in picking up dropping off or getting a delivery. All staff front and back end are a delight to speak with

I got married a few months ago in St. Pete and used Rent-All City for my reception tables, chairs, linens, and Edison lights. Ordering everything online was a breeze and when I had questions, the staff was quick to help. My husband was a little late to the venue at the time of drop off, but the gentleman making the delivery was gracious enough to wait patiently.

We appreciated his good attitude. Everything looked great. Chairs were pristine, with no signs of wear and the linens were exactly the color I wanted. The Edison lights were gorgeous, strung up in the trees. I was very pleased with how everything turned out. This is a great place to find what you need for your event. They have a lot of great options and have wonderful prices.

Nice guys set up our tent, my daughter 16 birthday came off without a hitch :- they showed up on time, they did a great job. Rental cost might be considered high but one less hassle for me to deal with and these guys were great. Thanks

We rented a tent and chairs for a Celebration of Life. From ordering to delivery to pick up.service was excellent! the two men who delivered were very cordial and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

We rented a tent from them for our outdoor wedding reception. Unfortunately due to weather we moved the reception inside and no longer needed the tent. Everyone I spoke to at RentAll City was so friendly and helpful from the initial booking to the cancellation. I was genuinely disappointed we didn't get to use the tent because everyone who worked there was so great. Will definitely use them in the future.

Lisa is amazing! She saved our Thanksgiving with fabulous chairs. She was so helpful I couldn't help but get on here and blab about what a great experience I had! Picking up he chairs now!

We used Rent-All City for a wedding. We rented several tablecloths from them. Although we ran into a slight issue, they were quick to send Justin to the rescue. Justin quickly fixed everything. Not only did he help solve the problem but also called later in the week to confirm that everything went well. He handled himself in a friendly and professional manner. Justin shared with me that they donated the 'blemished' tablecloths and already had several new cloths on order to replace the donated cloths. I've read several reviews saying you get what you pay for but from my experience, the company went above and beyond, making sure everything was just right. Personally, I think Rent-All City (and Justin) is proof that you don't have to pay a fortune to get excellent service and quality equipment (or in our case, tablecloths).

I love supporting family owned businesses and as it turns out this is a family owned business that spreads over 3 generations! I look forward to using Rent-All City again in the future.

I chose this company because they had good prices. I guess you get what you pay for. They were over three hours late and had to set up well into the night before a morning event. The tents they brought were not all what I ordered - some were striped and they were all supposed to be white. I was very disappointed when they offered us no type of discount due to the late service.

I am so glad I chose RentAll City St. Pete over the competition. They did everything they said they were going to do, on time, and beautifully. The dance floor looked great, and they were very flexible with our constantly changing needs. Great people to work with, everyone was so nice and accommodating. When the dance floor was damaged by someone coming in after hours, RentAll City never threatened or accused us. Instead, they worked to resolve the issue and were able to repair the tiles at no cost to us. HIGHLY recommend RentAll City St. Pete!

Rented tables, chairs, and tablecloths from them for my wedding. Pros - cheaper than other local companies, most of the rentals were totally adequate Cons - they do absolutely no set up, one table was wobbly, charged us for a few allegedly damaged tablecloths I would use them again if on budget. You get what you pay for!
