Services
25% Due at time of reservation, remaining amount due at scheduled pick up date or before we deliver. All rentals are per day or event unless stated otherwise or prior arrangements have been made. Reservation cancellations must be made 30 days prior to scheduled pickup date and time. Any cancellations made within 30 days are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Went in to rent for my wedding. Acted like they had everything I needed, took payment, etc. A few days later they called and said they actually only had about 1/3 of the things I had requested and suggested I rent half from them and half from someone else. I told them no, I'd like to rent from only one location. I ended up getting a refund from them and going somewhere else. I ended up getting the same rentals and more for only 40% of the cost of Red Door at the second place I went to.

I've always had a good experience with the Richland Red Door. I live an hour away and they are always so kind and accommodating. I've rented everything from a sno cone machine for a family reunion to tables and chairs for our sons wedding to chafing dishes and more for when I cater. I feel their prices are reasonable and it beats buying my own gear and finding storage for it.
