I love Rainbow's End! My daughter, myself and some other friends and family have gone here for their dresses and tuxedos. Everyone was wonderful and VERY knowledgeable. Linda did an amazing job fitting the dresses and making alterations. She was very patient with us! I wanted a specific look for mine. I found a strapless dress that I loved, but wanted cap sleeves and a small back opening.

After meeting with me 2-3 times, Linda showed me what she came up with. It was PERFECT! I wasn't sure I was explaining it correctly. She apparently understood! She even added a beige material underneath the sheer lace top sleeves that blended perfectly with my olive skin tone. She then met with my husband, groomsmen and twin brother (who walked me down the aisle) for their fittings.

There was 1 tuxedo that was ordered correctly, but made incorrectly. They reordered for overnight delivery. Within 2 days, they had the correct size ordered and received. The cost was under $550 for the 5-piece ensemble with shoes for all 4 of them. They looked pretty sharp and very handsome! I did not buy the bridesmaids dresses here due to my daughter and granddaughter being from out of the area and not able to make it home. I highly recommend Rainbow's End!

I made an appointment in advance and asked if they had a selection of special occasion dresses on premise in which i was told yes. When I arrived the sales lady was very nice though her attention was clearly on a large party appointment there at the same time. I found there was actually very low inventory of special occasion dresses to choose from.

I was left on my own with the only 2 dresses I tried on, which did not work for me. This is a lovely shop and lovely people with beautiful bridal, and prom options. From a loyal customer of 4 proms. Please don't forget about the mother of the bride and groom. Be up front about what you have. time is precious.

Needed measurements for a tuxedo, I tried to do it myself. terrible idea. Although I wasn't buying from them I still greeted courteously and friendly, they were extremely knowledgeable and made to feel comfortable being there from the second I walked in. Excellent business, exceptional people.

Easy to get to, and quick fast measurements. I signed in to be fitted at 12:10 pm and signed out at 12:20 pm. If any of you are to find the pot of gold in your relationship. Rainbow's end is the place to go! Best of luck!

I bought my dress here during the bag sale for $149, and don't get me wrong I love my dress and got a great price on it. One of the workers there did the corset back up for me so I did not know that one of the snaps on the back was coming off. Had she told me that the dress was in some way defective maybe I would have gone with the other dress I love just as much.

When I called she said the dress is sold as is and all she could do was have me drive 2 hours back to the shop so she could put a couple stiches in it. Not to mention they tried to put my dress in a garbage bag and I had to pay $10 for a garment bag. Most of the ladies there were extremely rude with the exception of Sydney.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Linda listened to what I thought I wanted, listened to my feedback on each dress that I put on, and found me the perfect wedding dress after only a few tries. I was never shown a dress outside of my budget. I wanted color and wow did this dress deliver. The thing is, they don't carry colored wedding dresses but Linda pointed out how one of the dresses that I liked could be altered to include it.

She was amazing to work with and you won't find someone with this type of vision and experience in a chain store. She was so kind and not pushy at all. They genuinely love what they do here and it shows. It's really important to make an appointment first and not just show up, though. That way, it's all about you. Saturdays are by appointment only. The green pieces of the dress were originally white. You could not tell that anything had been done to it.

We were there for about 2 hours but we found the dress! Kerry was patient and SO helpful. I must have tried on 20 dresses (although I ended up buying the 3rd one I tried on, that Kerry pulled for me after the consultation). Such a great experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff bought my wedding dress and love it they did a wonderful job with the extra work that needed to be done on it. Came the first day with no appointment and they still took me in worked with me and made me feel comfortable they listen to what you like or don't and find dresses that u will love they are not pushy to sell items or extra and they listen when you say you have a budget and stays at budget and don't try to sell you things you can't afford they also sell other items that are not for wedding so I will be back.

I am so thankful I ended up going to Rainbow's End for my wedding gown. From my first appointment to my last, they have exceeded my expectations. Linda listened to what I liked and did not like about the various gowns I wanted to try on and had me try on one at the end that I never would have selected initially, but that was the one I decided upon.

Their service was top-notch and timely, as well as reasonably priced. They made the process a breeze and stress-free. I would highly recommend this small, locally-owned business.

I was referred to Rainbow's End from friends and also family friends. I made an appointment and I ended up purchasing my wedding dress from here! The staff was helpful with setting up & confirming my appointment and also answering my initial questions. For my wedding dress fitting, I work with Kerry and she was very helpful! She asked questions and shared tips that really made me stop and think about the dresses I was trying on.

She was patient with my questions and overall, very helpful. I had gone to other shops before without luck and I didn't have a good experiences until I went to Rainbow's End for wedding dress shopping. I left Rainbow's End very happy and now I refer the store to friends and family too! Thank you!
