Rachel is a California native who is drawn to sports and the outdoors, thriving on competition and physical activities.

After an injury in 2002, Rachel re-focused from her passion for sports and competition to creating beautiful images with her camera.

As a photographer, Rachel seeks to tell each couples story with beautiful photographs that play with the edge of light, challenging back-lighting mixed with simple and clean lighting creates a dynamic mix to Rachel's portfolio.

When not photographing an energetic couple or beautiful wedding, Rachel can be found out hiking in the local mountains, or taking a last minute free spirited trip to watch the sun rise over a new landscape (all with a camera at hand to capture the adventure to share with those who enjoy living vicariously through her experiences)

Rachel's pay-it-forward view of life and longing to see the best from everyone she meets guides her friendly personality and allows to her to connect with each of her couples in a way that puts them at ease knowing she is always working to make them look their very best.
