Absolutely beautiful arrangements and even took the time to transcribe my note (in Spanish) by hand onto a nice little card. Highly recommend

I happened upon the passionflower website when I was searching local flower shops in Eugene, OR. I live in Michigan and wanted to send my dear friend some fresh flowers as she is going through a very difficult and emotional week. I am so glad I found you guys! Wow. I went with the $50 designer's choice bouquet with a $10 delivery fee which I think is reasonable.

The arrangement is absolutely stunning and well worth $50. I can't imagine how big and beautiful a higher priced bouquet on your menu would be! So unique and such beauty and grace and softness to the arrangement. The creator of this bouquet is truly gifted! Thank you for helping me to lift my friend's spirits. To top it off, my friend said that the lady who delivered the flowers was so friendly and left a message letting her know the flowers had been delivered and she was sorry she riled the dogs up; she said the bouquet smells amazing. I just had to give you a shout out for such amazing service. Your website was so easy to use and looks so nice. Thank you again for these beautiful flowers, you guys rock!

I always enjoy perusing around Passion Flower in their home decor and jewelry selections. They have nice offerings of things like clothing, pillows, house plants, crystal, and decorations. During the holiday season, I ordered a succulent terrarium from them and found it very sweet. The pickup process was quick and easy, even though it was close to closing time.

The most important thing about this business to me is that they have the capacity to change. I flagged a concern to them about an item they were selling and they let me know they would remove the product off of the shelves. This made me feel good to support a business that listens to its consumers.

What a fun shop! They always have unique items and fun things that beg to be taken home. Always new things whenever I go in.

Alicia at Passionflower really out did herself with my flowers for my big day. She executed the look and feel of my flowers so perfectly after just a few conversations. I was amazed when they arrived at the venue and absolutely love how they look in my photos. I will definitely be using Alicia in the future for any flower needs. Thank you Alicia!

So blown away by Alicia's skill! I hired her to make the bouquets for my wedding and a huge flower arrangement to go over an arbor, and she created a masterpiece! Would 100% recommend working with her. She created exactly what I envisioned. The team who delivered the flowers were so gracious as well since our arbor was running late. They waited at the venue for half an hour before it arrived and they set everything up beautifully.

Passionflower did the bouquets and arbor arrangement for my wedding, and provided stems for DIY table arrangements per my request. They were so communicative and easy to work with. Alicia worked hard to understand my vision and work within my budget. They drove to my venue and set up the arrangement on the arbor and even brought extra greenery and stems to make sure it was perfect. Everything was fresh, beautiful, and unique. I got so many compliments on my flowers!

The friendliest staff I have come across in a long time. They helped me over the phone to pick out an arrangement for my mom's birthday and they came through with a bouquet that was second to none. One of the most beautiful arrangement of peach roses that I have ever seen. And the smile on mom's face was even better.

I ordered flowers for my friend and needed same day delivery. I randomly selected this florist from a list that I found on Yelp. I selected them because of the variety of price points for the designer's choice and they were open on Saturday. I was pleased with the arrangement and same day service. I will definitely use them again.

First off, I already loved this store, and is one of my Mom's favorites. I purchased a pair of earrings for my Mom for Christmas using their new website (so happy I can shop online, as I live in SoCal.) I received a very nice email not a few minutes after placing order thatbthe item had sold the day before. Not surprised, as they are a shop and not mass online producer. Elle sent me pics of like items and after selecting one gave her a call.

She was so sweet and apologetic (again, no need, totally understandable). She is the definition of what fantastic customer service is. I have always received great service from everyone there, but this interaction with Elle just made me feel warm and fuzzy. So much in fact, to write this review, which I never do unless someone has gone above and beyond. I think thats just who she is though! So Elle, Passionflower, Thank You for again, providing top notch customer service!

It's unfortunate that the three times I have come into this store I have a bad experience. The customer service is very bad. I had wonderful curated pieces by local artists in my hands and I had to put them back because I truly can't support a small business that runs like this. I will always value good customer service over items. I had not been in the store for over 3 years but today I was reminded why I don't go in. They don't realize their business is successful because of their customers. I'll be looking for other small business's to support.

I have purchased dozens of bouquets from them, but, the past three bouquets that I paid $80-$100 for looked like I spent $20 at the grocery store. I'm done.

I live out of state and order flowers on occasion for my sister who lives in Eugene. Decided to give this place a try as I liked how the arrangements in the photos looked unique and beautifully crafted. I ordered the medium designer's choice online and noted her favorite flowers were dahlias in the comments section and hoped for the best! My sister LOVED them, they were absolutely stunning, and had all types of dahlias!

This will be my new go-to place to order flowers! Note 1: Not sure if they will always accommodate requests in the comments section but I knew it was dahlia season so hoped they would oblige and they sure did! Note 2: Only drawback was their website isn't very mobile friendly, had to place the order via my desktop vs. my phone.

Cute shop, but the people that own it and/or work there were super rude; I agree with the other reviews that mention this. I was out with my husband trying on a few pieces of clothing when a woman mentioned that they closed in 3 minutes. A few minutes later, another woman (standing right next to the first woman) said they were closed in case we didn't know (.I knew. LOL).

I barely had just put my clothes back on. She then let us know she would show us the way out and that the registers were now closed so I couldn't buy anything. This was at 5:30pm on the dot when they officially closed. I understand not wanting to stay past closing, but I've never seen anything like this before and have had several jobs in retail. That's kinda part of the deal? You might need to stay a few minutes past closing? Rude! I can find somewhere else to buy a $250 shirt :).

Called to order flowers for a relative recovering from surgery. Jamie took my order and she was a delight. I told her I didn't want it to look like an FTD arrangement. Boy did she deliver. Such an original arrangement with fresh roses and fillers you don't see every day. Vase looked like bark or covered in bark. If I lived in Eugene that's where all my flowers would come from. Sister was thrilled with her flowers. Thanks!

This is my favorite store in Eugene, i could spend forever looking at every little thing in here. If you are looking for unique candles, teas, flowers or succulents (it is a flower shop), kitchenware or any floral/botanical/animal decorations, come here. It is great if you are looking for gifts. They also have a clothes section, with bath robes and lots of unique warm fuzzy socks. It is right down the block from voodoo donuts, so when i want to take myself on a small date i like to hit up both.

I was able to send an absolutely stunning bouquet from across the country to my family in Eugene thanks to Passionflower. I went with the Designer's Choice, and was not disappointed. It arrived on time, and looked stunning. It really helped make everyone's day. Thank you!

Taylor and Jewel are the absolute best! My wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful! My bouquet was stunning-so much so, every single guest commented on my bouquet separately! Taylor and Jewel were so patient helping me plan my flowers and were so accommodating given I was planning from the D.C. area! I was truly blown away with how gorgeous my flowers were! Thank you so much for adding such beauty to our special day!

Passionflower Design was amazing to work with for my wedding flowers. I planned my Eugene wedding from Boston, and they were so easy to communicate with over the phone and through email and exceeded my expectations! I showed them my dress and the ideas I had and they ran with it and did not disappoint! I would definitely use them again for any floral arrangements and recommend them to all of my friends in the Eugene area!

Passionflower Design was phenomenal to work with for my wedding day floral arrangements. They were extremely organized and great at communicating. I planned my wedding in Eugene from Alaska and we were able to figure out all of the details via email and phone calls. They selected the best quality flowers and made our wedding colors truly stand out. I've never seen prettier arrangements than what they created for us.

Their work was truly stunning. They were great to work with and they gave us what we wanted while staying within our budget. I hope I have an excuse to work with them again in the future! Thank you!

I agree with the fabulous reviews of this beautiful shop. My 1 star review is solely for rude, condescending, sharp admonishment I received from a woman named Jewel. I am assuming she is the owner. I was planning on purchasing a candle. The display featured open samples, with the boxed item behind. I chose my candle and picked up the box. Because the candle was enclosed in glass, I started to lift the lid, to see if the gift would survive shipping.

I would like to stress there was no tape, or packaging that could have possibly been damaged. I was suddenly barked at so rudely I almost dropped the candle. I was ordered to put it down and smell the sample. Before I could explain my motive, she scolded me so harshly other customers turned to see the commotion. I am a 57 year old woman with my own small business.

I have NEVER been treated so harshly, nor have I displayed such ill manners towards my own customers. Jewel should take notes from her floor staff; they were outstanding. Undoubtedly she has experienced bad situations in the past, where an item was damaged. I understand her frustration, however, there is a right way, and a wrong way to speak to another human being. I hope Santa brings Jewel some empathy for Christmas.

Hand's down, this is the nicest store in all of Eugene. In fact, it would hold its own in ANY large, cosmopolitan city as well. A gem of a store! When trying to describe this two-level boutique, I'm at a loss, as the merchandise they carry is SO varied, where to begin? They have gorgeous, artisan jewelry and women's accessories, perfumes and colognes and lotions and potions, house scents, house accessories, hostess gifts (or for yourself!), artsy desk/office supplies, serving platters and glass vases and bowls, a working florist in-house with gorgeous plants and flowers and bouquets and terrariums, clothing upstairs, and more, so much more.

One could spend half a day exploring this place. It's not that it's so physically large; it's because all the items it contains are so. many, so.everywhere, so. beautiful. Whoever does the buying for this store is doing a stellar job, that's for sure. The store lay-out is such that one has to walk around freestanding round display tables, and around corners, where hidden treasures await.

While wandering and browsing, that's exactly how I felt: as if I were on a treasure hunt. And the boutique is designed in a "shabby chic" type of aesthetic, which adds to its allure. The sales lady let us browse at our leisure, after initially greeting us and asking if we needed help looking for anything. I like how she left us alone to explore. Since my kid will soon be attending UO, I know I'll be visiting Eugene more regularly, and this will be my go-to Eugene store, for sure!

If you are as addicted to Pinterest as I am, you'll love Passionflower Design- it's laid out like a home decor/design blog wonderland! Everything you could possibly want/need to beautify your home-- hand-cast candlestick holders, scented beeswax candles, beautifully rendered ceramic dishes etched with flora and fauna, Pendleton blankets, hanging glass terrariums-- can be found here. It's also a great place to get creative ideas and favors for wedding parties, graduations, births, and other commemorative events.

And did I mention marvelous retail therapy for dreary days? Secret ProTip: Even just dropping by to window shop and bury your nose in a few scented soy candles can be an effective afternoon pick-me-up.;) PD's prices make shopping excursions a treat, but the quality of its products are A-C-E. If you need gifts that impress (and last), here is your one-stop shop. *Hugs sparkling glass terrarium*
