Everything was as promised an expected. My wife could not have been happier with her flowers. 5 star flower shop.

I'm giving a 1 star because of the owner's vile attitude, she was so rude and condescending despite being very nice and calling her ma'am. Our 2nd conversation at the end told her to have great day (genuine) mid sentence she hung up on me. This was due to 4 calls to the shop 2 messages left about my mom's Mothers Day flowers that was over 100in total.

The flowers died with in 3 days my mom was sad I was very upset. Multiple calls and no one picked up or called me back. Finally Monday the owner answered and I explained what happened. She had the audacity to ask what do you want? I gave her my order # she asked to call me back. She did and her whole attitude had changed, mind you I had not asked for anything yet.

She wanted to send another arrangement I declined because I didn't want my mom upset again. I asked for half of a refund 50$ which I thought was fair, she said I'll give you 30! I said no ma'am 50 is reasonable it was Mothers Day. She was so rude and unprofessional I couldn't fathom it. I never became angry or yelled not once! Her behavior was unwarranted! I will not use this shop again based on her ugly attitude. I did get my 50 refund, but her attitude ruined it for me. Based on other reviews she has a bad attitude

We have been using this flower shop for years and have always had a wonderful experience. Flowers are always as pictured and great quality! Just ordered 5 centerpieces for Christmas!

My boyfriend sent me roses and a huge snack basket for my birthday. The flowers are beautiful and so nicely arranged, and the snack basket is great and had a huge assortment of snacks! I am so happy with my gifts. This shop is truly impressive!

This is absolutely the best florist from whom I've ever received flowers. We received flowers from them for our anniversary as well as get well flowers at another time. The flowers were fresh, long lasting, and beautifully arranged. The bouquets included buds as well as opened flowers, which made them so long lasting. One of them look like a piece of artwork as it was so gorgeous.

The combination of colors, texture, and types of flowers showed a true sense of art on their part. One never knows what one is going to receive when making a call or placing an order online. I can honestly say that I don't think anyone has to worry when dealing with My Bloomin' Flower Shop. I'm so grateful to them for their beautiful work and fast delivery time. Truly they are artists in their work.

This is the first time I have received flowers from this shop & let me tell you! Oh my! This arrangement is stunning! The flowers are blooming, fragrant & absolutely gorgeous! Hands down one of the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received.

The rangement I got was nothing like the picture when I say nothing I mean the greenery wasn't the same the flowers weren't the same nothing about it even the filler was cheap babies breath and their response to my review was sorry same value. I just wanted them to rectify the situation and it took more than weeks for them to even respond to a review or phone call or an email.

And it was for Mother's Day how horrible. I showed the arrangement to several people and some florists and got comments like, "yikes" from One, another they didn't put this in or that and it has holes all in it looks cheap. Seriously do the right thing and give me back my money. I'm not letting this go!

Once again My Bloomin' Flower Shop delivered the most beautiful flower arrangement I could ask for! Had an idea of what I wanted to send to my daughter in law for her birthday, gave them my flower choices and they created a spectacular arrangement. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

The vase for this arrangement was used for my husband's and my wedding 53 years ago. I gave it to Judy to make an arrangement for our grandson's wedding. She made it absolutely perfect and beautiful! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend them with 5 stars! Thank you!
