Picked a couple of Christmas bouquets up as an appreciation for our local theatre guild and was WOWED by the customer service, the quality & beauty in this small-town shop. Embraces everything that customer service is about. A gem in our community for sure.

Bobbie was amazing to work with for my January wedding. I don't consider myself 'flower savvy' and she was so patient at answering my questions and gave great tips. She delivered the flowers to my venue as well as set up flowers at the church we got married at. Can't recommend meme's enough.

Terrible service! Sympathy Flowers were ordered for delivery but sent to the incorrect address even tho the owner, who processed the transaction knows the recipient personally! The owner refused to correct and send a new bouquet as we requested but insisted on a refund instead. We will be certain to ensure with the credit card company that a refund is processed timely by the owner.

This is the second time she has messed up funeral flowers for our family by sending to the incorrect address. Unfortunately, on this occasion the people who inadvertently received this delivery just kept them!

Ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement. What was delivered wasn't even close to what was pictured of what I ordered. Paid $72 and what was delivered wasn't even worth $20. Cheap. Flowers started to wilt almost immediately. So disgusted. If you use a flower service make sure they don't use this place. Had to file a complaint with flower service and get a refund.

You guys are a little delayed on everything it seems. And to be honest I don't care that you don't like my LOL comment on my review your business is laughable at best. Your quality is poor. Not to mention its not the first time I've ordered flowers from you that were of terrible quality. Businesses don't wait over a month to run purchase transactions regardless of what your excuse may be, its shady and questionable.

I only spent $50 on the arrangement bc I had ordered 4 other arrangements that day for other people for mother's day, not to mention this is during a pandemic in which I had work struggles, but thanks for pointing out how cheap I was. You're a real winner. I can also see I'm certainly not the only person who has been disappointed in the quality of product you deliver.

There are a lot of other people who think what I think. We are locals who live in a small town and I have a very big mouth. Have a wonderful day whatever your name is. I ordered flowers for mother's day for my mother in law. The flowers arrived and they were meh, okay, to say it best. Nothing spectacular for sure. Then to top it all off they never charged me until July 19th for the flowers, nearly 3 months later.

After noticing I called and the owner told me there were 12 or more people who never were charged and I was one of them. She also explained that they don't charge at the time of delivery, they wait and then put all the transactions in at once, very shady way to do business. I will certainly not buy flowers from this shop again. Also When speaking with the owner she acted like it wasn't a big deal she should be ashamed of the quality of flowers sent and the way she chooses to do business.

So disappointed. I was trying to support local rather than going on 1800flowers.com they send nice arrangements and charge at the time the flowers are ordered this place should think about following there way of doing things lol.

Meme's Florist has helped us pick the perfect flowers for our very good friends that we lost. I dont have a lot of ideas when it comes to arrangements, but they have a book with all sorts of ideas. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. I have also received a few flowers from them and they are absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Ordered 18 roses received 16 that wilted within 2 days. Very dissatisfied, when contacted they said they only will only guarantee for 24 hours. I would not recommend this florist.

This florist really goes the extra mile. Terrific custom arrangements at a very reasonable price. My mother-in-law has never been so impressed. Thank you.

My sister sent me an arrangement for my birthday at my place of employment. They were half wilted and sagging. For it to be a small arrangement I expected better flowers. The arrangement is about 9 inches in height including the flowers and when she told me the price she payed I couldn't believe it. I could have went to the local market and made a better arrangement for 80% less.

You guys also charged a $15 delivery fee for a drive that was less than 10 min. Absolutely insane. If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. The arrangement was called "arrive in style deluxe." Then when he came in my store he walked in and just set it on the counter and left. Poor service and even more poor product. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement

These are supposed to be a $100 bouquet of flowers for my Mother on Mother's day. I demonstrated the unbelievably pathetic attempt at an arrangement by putting a child's apple juice next to it. Though I think a child could have done better. Customer service equally pathetic, I think a ten year would have done better at that too. I'll be getting a chargeback.
