LUXE is a creative event production agency specializing in the art of throwing fantastic parties. We produce and design authentically original weddings, experience-focused public events, meaningful social gatherings, and non-profit and corporate shindigs! Our team is uber style-centric, implementing eclectic and highly-styled concept ideas personalized for each event: sure to get you blogged, pinned, regrammed and trending.

So many wonderful management and collaborator qualities with Luxe! Brooke was more than willing to address, answer, solve and manage any concerns, questions or unknowns throughout this planning process. She and the team took care of every detail throughout the day so we could relax and stay in the moment completely. Weather incoming? We got a plan! Electronics issues? Handled. Unwanted guests knocking? Bye bye! Literally would not have been able to do it without her and the Luxe team!

What can we say except fabulous things about Brooke, Misty, and the entire Luxe NW Team? As an East Coast couple planning a wedding in our home town (Portland, OR), we recruited Luxe's services in 2019 with the hope of an easier time at planning a wedding across country, and man oh man did they deliver. in ways we never would have seen coming. Every monthly planning call was seamless and straight forward, with a range of vetted vendors who were absolutely fantastic and on a scale of price ranges, so we could decide where to allocate money towards what was important to us.
When our original planning timeline shifted due to the pandemic, LUXE handled the transition with grace and ease, laying out every possibility on the table so that we wouldn't have to compromise anything unless it was a conscious decision. Drew and I decided to have an intimate ceremony followed by a larger one with family and friends in 2021, and in both instances, from start to finish, Luxe made sure that the only things on our minds on each days were each other, our family and friends, and the commitment we were making to one another.
We could not have been more at ease. I can not imagine having planned a wedding without them, and when I say their full service package is worth every penny, I mean it. It is worth every cent and more. We had the wedding of our dreams (twice!), nobody got sick, and we have memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Luxe is in the business of making dream events a reality, and we would recommend them, without hesitation, to anybody, anywhere. We LOVE Luxe!

My husband and I were living in Chicago when we started to plan our August 2020 wedding. It was a challenge planning a wedding while being so far away. We quickly found that we needed help in our planning process and started to look into wedding planners. In our first conversation, we knew we wanted to hire Luxe. We immediately hired Luxe for full-service wedding planning.
In May we notified Luxe that we were going to reschedule our wedding for August 2021, and they made that whole process seem like a breeze. I am so grateful for their guidance through that challenging time. Misty was incredible during the planning. She made our visions for the weekend come to life. My husband and I wanted to have a large rehearsal dinner on my family's property with all our wedding guests.
It was no easy task, and Misty helped us every step of the way. I think she ran a mile on the day of our wedding, making sure everything was perfect. She even caught my veil as it flew off as I walked down the aisle (saving it from ending up somewhere in the Gorge). :) All of our guests raved about the weekend, and that is because of Misty, so we are incredibly grateful. Misty took our visions for the whole weekend and exceeded our expectations. If you are planning a wedding, I highly recommend your first gift to yourself should be to hire Misty and her team for full-service planning. You will not regret it!

If Luxe is the cake, Brooke is the icing! We had the pleasure of working with Brooke for two years, thanks to the pandemic. She was professional, compassionate, and unbelievably efficient. Brooke has a way of making you feel like you're the only client. She has strong relationships with vendors and her communication is timely and concise. Brooke knew what we wanted even before we knew what we wanted!
We trusted every decision she made. Plans didn't always go perfectly and Brooke was there with a solution before we even knew there was a problem. Brooke became like family to us and we were ready to give her a seat at our table! If you want the best, Brooke is the best!

Luxe Productions should be synonymous with weddings! They came highly recommended to us, and everyone we know that has worked with them has showered praise on their team. During our initial meeting, the energy from Misty, Brooke and Allison gave us confidence that we had picked the right wedding coordinator. They have different price points for different levels of service you would need, even if you just need a little more than just a day-of coordinator.
I have no idea how we would have pulled off the wedding that we did without the help of Misty and her team. We wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Brooke, who worked relentlessly from planning to execution to ensure that we stayed on track with everything that needed to be done. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and made us feel like we always had someone to call on if were were stuck, or just simply needed some advice.

Luxe Productions helped us put together the perfect wedding in the Portland Oregon area while we were living in Phoenix. Brooke, was especially responsive, thorough with communications (email and text), and had a wonderful creative touch as well as great sensibilities to our vision. She was mindful of the budget as well as enhanced our ideas and brought great vendors and partners to the table.
Most importantly, the day of the event and the prior couple days were smooth and worry free, allowing us to enjoy the entire experience. For those skeptical on the cost of a great partner, consider the value of enjoying every moment on your special day and the weeks leading up to it.

Brooke was a life saver! Before we hired Luxe I almost had a panic attack thinking of everything that had to get done before our wedding. Brook helped Jess and I calm done and space everything out to enjoy the experience more. Brooke handled everything on our wedding day, which gave us time to enjoy celebrating with our family more. Brooke knew exactly what we wanted and helped translate our ideas into a epic modern wedding. Luxe is a great choice and will exceed your expectations.

One of the best decisions I made in planning our wedding was using Luxe! The team was so incredible to work with and we absolutely loved our main coordinator, Allison! This was a destination wedding for us and she made it so easy from the start. We only had one trip out to Portland for wedding planning, and she coordinated everything perfectly so we could meet with as many vendors as possible.
Our wedding was exactly how we had envisioned it and even better thanks to the Luxe team! Every recommendation we were given for vendors was perfect and we ended up with a great team. Thank you again to the Luxe team and Allison for an unforgettable and beautiful wedding!

Hiring Luxe was one of the very best decisions we made throughout our experience getting married. We are from Portland and planned to get married there, but we live in DC. When we got engaged, the thought of planning a wedding cross-country was very daunting. This, paired with the fact that I was looking for someone to understand our vision, our vibe and our budget -- I didn't have a lot of optimism that I'd find a coordination partner that could fulfill these things very quickly.
In addition, I am not personally very well-versed in design or planning a wedding, and had very little interest in learning it. What we needed was a partner that would understand us quickly, and would become someone we could trust as we made decisions having to do with our big day. Luxe, and specifically Allison Hutchins, was everything we needed and more.
The best thing I can say about her is that she listened to us very well, understood quickly what we were looking for, was curious and worked to seek to get to know us more along the way, and took feedback well. Very quickly she became someone we could trust and we turned to her for her balanced opinion on several big decisions. She is so accommodating, made us feel at ease, has outstanding communication, and we didn't worry once over the course of our year planning process while we were out in DC.
Our wedding was an absolute show-stopper and exceeded our expectations times 10. It was a truly carefree day because I knew we were in great hands. I am sad that our wedding is over, in large part because we had a blast planning it with Allison and Luxe!

Brooke and the entire Luxe team was absolutely fabulous! I was able to trust them with tasks large and small, rely on Brooke’s years of expertise to bounce ideas off of her, and know that all of the details were covered. Brooke took care of business! She was always going above and beyond to make sure that our event was exactly what we envisioned. I can’t recommend her and the Luxe team enough.

Going with Luxe Event Productions was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I was one of those brides that had no idea what I even wanted and Brooke did an amazing job of helping lead me in the right direction. She provided us with ideas and suggestions but ultimately left the decisions up to us. She was organized and asked our vendors all the right questions that we would have never even thought to ask. The day of the wedding was flawless and I thank her and the event staff immensely for everything. I would recommend Luxe (and Brooke) to anyone getting married!

I worked with Allison of the Luxe team and would highly recommend her and using this planning service to any of my friends. Planning a wedding these days involves so many steps, details, and people. I can’t even begin to imagine doing it without Allison. To this day, I am sure I do not know half of the things she did behind the scenes. Our experience of wedding planning was what is was supposed to be: picking out colors, venues, and vendors, and spending time laughing over planning with friends and family.
It was wedding planning without all the work required that actually goes into planning like contracts, negotiations, coming up with how to place furniture etc. I say this even after adding in the factor that I lived across the country from the wedding location and 75% of my guests had to travel to the wedding. I can only imagine the frustration of planning and the conflicts that would have been created with friends and family if we did not have the guidance of a planner.
The day of the wedding my mind was only in the moment. I got to concentrate on marrying the love of my life and celebrating with those I loved. Our wedding was the most beautiful wedding anyone could have ever imagined. Around 200 people over three days at a giant venue out of our area. It could have been a disaster if not for the trusted coordinated efforts of Brooke at luxe event productions!! Brooke was a hundred percent on top of every detail. Not just during the wedding, but all the way through the planning process. Brooke made choosing all the wedding options easy and was available for questions and concerns at a moments notice. All I had to do was show up and smile which is what every bride truly wants.

Wow! Allison was our event coordinator and I will say that it was the best money me and my husband spent! We have people STILL telling us what an incredible wedding it was. I have heard repeatedly "we've been to many weddings but we have never been to a wedding this incredible/beautiful/fun/amazing" This was possible because of Allison. She will listen to your vision and make it reality. You don't want just any ole planner. You want somebody that truly enjoys the art, that is cool under pressure and has a positive upbeat attitude and personality that people (other vendors) love working with. It was such a happy experience that I can't stop thinking about it! I hope to attend more Luxe weddings because they are the best. Thank you Allison!

It was fabulous working with Misty and Allison, I can't thank them enough for the peace of mind they gave me (and especially my mom) both leading up to the wedding and on the day-of. I'm a project manager by trade, but the thought of having to project manage my own wedding was daunting... Allison saved my sanity by making the process easy and as stress-free as can be.
