Lulu's Flowers Situated in pretty Rockport Texas, Lulu's Flowers was opened on November fourth, 2005. It began when I was 21 working for my Mom and Dad at their flower shop in the San Fernando Valley in California. I realized how much I loved working with flowers and the passion for flowers that I have. I love making people cheerful and I love creating specials and unique designs to fit each personal's requirements.

Saved my bottom the Friday before Mother's Day by delivering the most beautiful arrangement to my Mom the next day! So affordable, dependable, and personable - will be using them for all my floral needs in Rockport!

My husband has ordered flowers for me from Lulu's Flowers twice to celebrate a special occasion. The arrangements have been unique and beautiful. Plus they text my husband to let him know when they've been delivered. They take extra measures to make sure I'll receive them in perfect condition in case I'm not here. I appreciate their expertise and care. Great customer service. Thank you Lulu!

We had a dear friend pass away and I ordered a plant, with some type of train, and 6 yellow roses to be placed in the plant. Our friend loved yellow roses and I wanted to make sure he got at least 6. The plant was fine and they did find a little red wooden train (about 3 inches), that was fine too. There were no yellow roses! I wasn't happy! I called LuLu's Florist.

The excuse I received was that the funeral home in Aransas Pass would not accept the plant with roses on Saturday. The funeral was going to be on Sunday at 2pm. Susan the management of Lulu's said the roses opened and were falling over. So she removed them. My problem with this: is that all the other florist in the area know that you deliver funeral flowers the day of the service. Why try to deliver the plant with roses about 9am Saturday? Will they look good by 2pm Sunday? Apparently not! I will not use this florist again!

I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday, they were delivered on time and beautiful. It was a beautiful, big arrangement. Although it was different from the picture, the colors were consistent. A lot of times, florists make the arrangements with their current inventory and may not be exactly as pictured, but it was perfect. Thank you!

Very disappointed with Lulu's and the product they put out and the customer service we received. My sisters wedding bouquet had old wilted flowers in it. When we called and returned the bouquet 20 minutes after pick up we were told there was nothing they could do but switch out the wilted flower with a white rose or lillies! It was in the notes that roses and lillies were two flowers the bride did not want in her wedding.

We spoke to the owner first thing this morning, we were told it was our fault for accepting them in the first place! Seeing as how you can't leave a bride at the alter with no bouquet on her wedding day, we didn't have much choice. Thank God for wedding guest with talent who ran to HEB and bought fresh flowers and made a new gorgeous bouquet for the bride 25 minutes before she walked down the aisle! UPDATE: after the owner read this review she must have googled me and found my phone number because she called me and said she'd refund the wedding bouquet amount if we removed this review and the one on facebook as well.

I refused to remove the review because I feel people need to be informed. UPDATE: I drove 3+ hours to Rockport and spoke to Susan, the owner, face to face and she wrote us a check and refunded us the amount for the bouquet.

Save your money! I would give zero stars if I could. The left is what they delivered. The right is what I ordered. The owner informed me that due to the pandemic they couldn't get all of the flowers as specified in the order. However, they did not replace them with anything in some cases or with an inferior product in others. Thank goodness I ordered thru pro-flowers who promptly refunded the money upon seeing these images. You decide If this looks like $100 worth of flowers. I paid $116.

My mom ordered from a large chain called Ava's Flowers who contracted her order out to Lulu's. She wanted a plant no flowers with orange and blue ribbon for her nephew's funeral. Her budget was $70. When we got to the funeral home we looked all over for the plant that she ordered and found it on a small holder. We couldn't believe that such a small pathetic plant with a WHITE ribbon was what they sent. My mom learned a valuable lesson. Don't use large phone-in centers to order flowers/plants.

I feel so bad for my son that lives in California and sends me flowers every Mother's Day and sometimes for my Birthday. I send him pictures so he can see what is being delivered. He and I have been very disappointed many times. Sometimes they die within several days or the arrangements are terrible. I think I could do a better job and I don't have the experience. Very disappointing, wish there was another florist in town. I feel bad for my son

I also ordered a Home for Christmas Centerpiece and a Gourmet Gift Basket that never came Christmas Eve. It was embarrassing asking my stepmother this morning "Did you get your gifts". NO NOTHING WAS DELIVERED! I was having problems placing the order on the internet and NO-ONE answers the phone so I sent a email asking for a call back. I very nice lady did call back and took my order and said I gave plenty of time if I wanted it delivered Monday and I confirmed they were open Christmas Eve for delivery. Not sure what happened as I have been using Lulu's for years and have been really happy until NOW, they really blow it this year. Very unhappy in Renton, WA.

Placed orders for two specific arrangements under the holiday section of Lulu's website. Two arrangements were delivered but not the ones I ordered, one was not even a Christmas arrangement, it had sunflowers and orchids?! The order was placed for delivery on 12/21. On 12/22 when I was on a 4.5 hour flight a message was left to call. I did call when I got off the flight but there was no answer and no way to leave a message. I'm extremely disappointed in every element of this transaction.

I made these orders on behalf of my daughters to their grandparents for Christmas. My daughters were quite surprised when their grandparents texted them photos of unfamiliar arrangements. All in all a bad experience. If I can ever get a hold of anyone at Lulu's I'll be requesting a refund. I do not recommend this florist. The first photo two photos show what was ordered.

The all red arrangement was substituted for the arrangement in the photo with the deer in the photo. As you can see, they are not alike at all. The second arrangement with the pine cone and gray wood box was substituted for the arrangement in the photo with the red tablecloth and yellow bow on the vase - nothing like the order placed and not Christmassy in the least.

I've tried, unsuccessfully for several years now, to order a FRESH bouquet of living flowers from Lulu's. As well as my Mother and son! Today was it! I ordered online an $89.99+ beautiful, full living bouquet for my parents. What they received was WORSE than I could have bought and delivered myself from HEB! NEVER AGAIN, the quality and quantity just seem NEVER to compare.

The order I placed had numerous white flowers, including MANY white roses, at least 2 dozen! The order they received had a total of 7, yes, SEVEN ROSES and dying fillers! Horrific

I love Lulus! I go there any time I need flowers! I've had flowers delivered to me from them, ordered flowers for delivery and walked in and bought something as well. Beautiful every time! You can go in and they will arrange something right there for you! They will deliver or you can take it with you for very reasonable prices. My dog got out and was found by a local nearby business and I used Lulus to send them a little thank you bouquet. It was received the same day, within a very short time. The owner is the sweetest lady! I always call her Miss Lulu : the best place in town for flowers hands down.

From teacher's gifts to custom wedding bouquets, Lulus has been our go-to place for flowers. I am extremely thankful for their work. Each time I have bought flowers from them they worked hard to make me happy and create something personalized and beautiful.

I am certain that Lulu's does beautiful creative arrangements. HOWEVER, I called and placed an order that I have placed at least twice before for a simple vase and only ONE particular flower variety to be used. It is the recipients favorite and what has been sent (I think) prior. The order was for peonies and ONLY peonies. I was assured they had just received a new shipment and they were a bit more expensive this year.

I set a generous budget and understood from the owner that was in line with what I was wanting. The arrangement arrived and included orchids and a large green called Bells of Ireland. The lady receiving pulled those and gave them to another relative so as to not waste them. That caused another issue that flowers had not been sent to that relative.

The recipient had a smaller bouquet after the other items were pulled and liked them very much now that they were as she likes. I called and was told the other items were added to "fill in" and make the arrangement look fuller and nice. While I appreciate that I feel a call to ask if the budget could be adjusted to add more peonies would have been much more appropriate.

Beautiful arrangements but if you are looking for a specific order you may need to call elsewhere. I had to do so when I visited and had to provide an arrangement for the relative I had not sent to.

I was very hesitant about making an order for flowers on line, I am in Maryland not in Texas. My friend's mother needed a pick-me-up and I thought flowers would be a good idea. The woman, I can't remember her name, but she was extremely helpful. I left the arrangement up to the florists, just telling them my price range for the flowers and that I wanted it to be colorful.

They were very polite on the phone, and answered my concerns. The pricing was fair, about $20 USD for same day delivery, which is fine for me! Being this far away I did not want flowers to be sent and have to be assembled, I wanted them to be in a vase and delivered already ready for presentation and they were. My friend said that his mother loved them. Should I need to send flowers to her again, I will highly recommend using Lulu's Flowers.

I called Lulu's on a Friday morning to have flowers delivered to a local restaurant as my parents would be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary there that evening. My parents called from the restaurant to tell me how beautiful the arrangement was that they had received. They said it smelled good and that it had some of the most beautiful, unusual flowers they had ever seen.

When I finally saw the arrangement, three days later, it was stunning. Great job Lulu's. Thanks for making that evening special for my parents. I'll definitely be a return customer.

I ordered a wrist corsage with peach roses and teal ribbon for my wedding. First, the ribbon was blue not teal. Second, the wrist strap was too low causing the heavy roses to flop to the side. I had to use twine to make another strap and hold it in place. Very disappointed.

From out of town for a funeral. Went in last minute for an arrangement of flowers. Couldn't have got any better even if I had ordered in advance. My little brother even bought a last minute arrangement. These ladies were so kind, they even took the flowers for us in order to show us how to get to the funeral home. I can't thank them enough for having beautiful quality flowers available, sharing how to do the cards for a funeral, and being so generous with their time. They are such wonderful representatives of this sweet little coastal town.

These guys are as good as it gets. There is not a better place in Rockport (and probably the entire Coastal Bend) to purchase flowers. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. I have purchased a number of different arrangements from them in the past, and I have not been disappointed once. Their creations are some of the most beautiful I have seen. One of the last arrangements I had them make for me was for my girlfriends birthday.

It looks like it belongs in the lobby of a 5-star hotel in Maui. The one time that there was a miscommunication with them, they did everything they could to make it right, including making a Sunday delivery at no extra charge. I will continue to use Lulu's and will recommend them to EVERYONE who is looking for nice flowers. Most of the time I simply call in my order, and I have implicit trust that they will make the best arrangement they can for the price.

I was very upset with my order. First they delivered my Mothers Day flowers to wrong address, then when I saw arrangement I was even more upset, looked nothing like the photo on their photo gallery page. I spent over $100.00 on this arrangement, only to be Very Disappointed. Will not order from these people again. Oh! Also because they were delivered to wrong address, they got to my Mother a day later than supposed to.
