Kitsap Event Rentals is grateful to celebrate 15 years of serving our community with pride. Locally owned and operated, we understand our neighbors needs. We are recommended and respected throughout Kitsap County and beyond. Today, we offer service in Pierce, Mason, Jefferson and Clallam counties. Kitsap Event Rentals produces 1st class weddings, from Gig Harbor to Bainbridge Island. Annual festivals from Port Ludlow to Shelton. Corporate events from Silverdale to Port Angeles. Military functions from Bremerton to Bangor.
Each year, we are blessed to give back to the community that we call home. Although it's impossible to help everyone who is need of a donation or a discount; we help where we can. Kitsap Event Rentals is seeking hard-working, reliable, energetic, friendly people to join our team. These are outdoor positions involving all aspects of the event rental industry. Below is the list of expected job duties, skills and qualifications needed for these positions. Ensure trucks are properly loaded/unloaded and in good working condition for every delivery.
State of the art & rain resistant (or sun relief) white tent with a European Structured look to make every guest feel like a part of the event. With extra tent, comes the extra lights and additional leg drapes needed for the continuity. Chairs are upgraded from the White plastic folding chair to the White Wood/Resin chair w/Padded seat for extra style and comfort.

We used Kitsap Event Rentals to rent a 30x30 tent for our backyard wedding. It was a last minute decision (unpredictable Seattle summer weather) and we were fortunate enough to get the last available tent. The team was right on time for set up/tear down and they did a phenomenal job! They were mindful of where things could go and what to avoid. The tent lasted perfectly for 3 days in 75 degree sunshine and of course some rain/wind. Would use again!

We could not be more happy with our service from Kitsap Event Rentals. They adapted to our changing needs, delivered and installed/removed everything on time, paperwork was hassle-free and, mostly, everything looked beautiful. Pulling off a wedding at home is a huge feat, working with them was one thing we did not worry about. One bit of advice, if you are wondering if you need the "leg drapes" for the tent- go for it! They look great!

We used Kitsap Event Rentals recently for a small outdoor wedding and these guys were great from the first call! I am a baker, so I don't usually deal with the entire event side of things, just create the tasty centerpiece for the reception, but this was for a good friend so I was grateful for a team like theirs that knew what I needed even before I did! Would highly recommend!

I came in town from California to throw my best friends birthday party and the staff was SUPER patient, helpful and thorough. The party went so well because of the staff helping me when I wasn't very familiar with the area or local rental places to begin with. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, loved this experience.

Kitsap Event Rentals has a great variety at a reasonable price. They were so helpful when picking everything out. Not to mention all the great suggestions. The delivery team was professional when picking up and dropping off all the rental items. Everything showed up clean and were just what we had anticipated. Thanks!

I don't agree with the reviews on this post. We had our daughter's wedding out on hood canal in a very rural location. They did everything they could to accommodate our rustic location and the equipment was perfect. Timely delivery and pick up. Service ware clean, orderly, and in great condition. Very nice people to work with. Our neighbor had them do their granddaughter's wedding. They had the same experience.

I've used Kitsap Event Rentals for many parties at my home for several years. I like to entertain, and this company helps me do it right. Their equipment, tents, tables, chairs, and even linens come delivered clean and in good condition. Delivery is timely and done with a smile. It makes any potential stressors less so once everything is set up and ready to go. They've never let me down.

What a great company! The products are neat, clean, well priced and the appearance is extremely professional. The same can be said about the employees. Most notable is the high caliber of customer service. Everyone in this company my wife and I have been in contact with always made us feel like we were important and that our needs would be met.
