Overall Bill and his wife make a great team. They conduct themselves professionally. I've used them twice. The first experience was ok, though kinda costly because we ordered so many prints (first year family pictures, etc.). The second time around however, wow, their prices increased noticeably. So much so that I could only afford one picture and he didn't even include the digital image of the print that I bought.

He stated that he didn't want customers to make their own prints, that he wanted his percentage of all prints. I didn't recall that from the first time, but that might have been the case even then. I think he would have included a low-res copy of the digital image that we purchased, but we weren't interested in that. Anyway, they're alright people.

If you're looking for a high quality print photographer and can afford their pricing, then I'd recommend them. If you're just looking for family pictures like we were and don't want to break the bank, I'd (unfortunately) have to recommend that you look elsewhere. They're not family photographers in my opinion, but rather a high-end operation. Good luck whichever you choose!

We used Imageclectic to take my son's senior photos and some group photos with his friends. Bill did a wonderful job in advising us on clothing coordination for the group shot which turned out amazing. He listened to my son and heard what my son wanted for his senior photo and captured several wonderful images. Bill was patient and able to work well given that we were taking outdoor shots on a windy day. I would recommend his work for both individuals and groups.

I got in touch with Bill through a friend because I had to have a professional head shot done. I was anxious because I've never done anything like this before. Bill was great about explaining what to expect, what sort of clothes to bring to wear, and letting me change my clothes. He and his assistant guided me through, and he let me check periodically to see which angle, clothes, etc.

I preferred as we closed in on the winning shot. He was also incredibly patient and flexible with me despite not knowing me. I had to cancel and reschedule on him because of an awful haircut and he still squeezed me in. The photos turned out great, and I have two beautiful, touched up shots to use. Thanks, Bill! :

Bill and Hannah at imageclectic recently did high school senior photos of our daughter. We simply wanted good photos to document this milestone. Instead of the typical senior portrait, we got vibrant images of our daughter, totally at ease, in beautiful outdoor settings and poses within those settings that truly captured her personality and the joy of the moment--from beginning to end a great experience that we'll enjoy for years to come.

Recently, my parents, my husband, our 3 grown children and our daughter in law were ALL together at our home during the holidays, and so we wanted to take advantage of everyone's presence by having portraits together. However, all the family members were opposed to the idea of lining up and staring at the camera in a studio with a canvas backdrop - we wanted to be in a unique location that typifies our home town - Austin. Having viewed Bill and Hannah's beautiful portfolio on the web site, we knew they would do exactly what we had in mind.

With the Texas State Capitol as our backdrop, they created family photos for us that we will treasure forever - and my 87 year old father said, "That was the FIRST time in my life that I ever enjoyed a family photo shoot!"
