Services
I Do Events is a full service wedding rental company servicing central Illinois, Iowa & beyond. We have an extensive selection of luxurious fine linens, centerpieces, chiavari chairs, chair covers, backdrops, fresh floral, and draping options in stock, on trend, affordable, and ready for your wedding day.
You are not charged sales tax on any of our rental items. We only collect sales tax on items that are yours to keep, such as fresh floral, escort boards, or real candles. Our prices include setup if you meet the minimum rental amount of $750. We want to ease the stress and burden of setup for you, so we prefer to setup our items whenever possible.
I Do Events is always looking for organized and creative individuals to add to our #idocrew team. Please fill out our online application or send an email to heather@ido-events.com to inquire about one of our open positions. Our part-time Event-Stagers our vital to the #idocrew team. We typically send out 2 to 3 event-stagers per event to handle all the aspects of event setup and striking. Must be available weekends. Propose new ideas to improve the planning and implementation process or to refresh future events.
VIP appointments: We promise the trip to Peoria, IL is worth it! We offer VIP weekend appointments each month just for you. We roll out the red carpet for you and your entourage with some food and beverages and even a few gifts. If your wedding is in Champaign, Decatur, Springfield, Peru, Kewanee, Galesburg, Monmouth or anywhere else throughout Central Illinois we've got you covered.

Over priced for under-service. When my wife hired her it was discussed she would do certain things for the day those things were not done and we were still charged a large few for services that weren't even done. We paid almost 10 grand for decorations. We had to put up all tables and chairs for event and ceremony. I would not recommend to anyone. The decorations were pretty but definitely not worth it. She left the entire event space a mess which causes us another hundreds of dollar fee from our venue.

Decor was good but my bridal bouquet was the same size of the bridal party. I never got a final picture of my bridal bouquet and never received my toss bouquet. I had to adjust quote many times over changes i made in person. Not happy with the one thing that was most important bummed my day. Every time I see pictures with me and my bouquet and it gets me upset. I had to take most pictures without a bouquet.

I do events is top notch! I would recommend them to anyone who needs an event planned. As soon as we walked into our consultation I felt welcomed and heard! I was trying to find out how to articulate what my vision was and it was like Heather just jumped into my head and made it happen, but better than I'd hope. Everything with this company was easy and stress free!

From the frost consultation to them cleaning up the venue everyone we encountered was kind, knowledgeable and helped us out so much! I could not thank them enough for making our wedding vision come true!

I can't recommend I Do Events enough! We LOVE them! We worked mainly with Kristy for decor for our wedding. Kristy was very accommodating and helped us tremendously through our pandemic wedding process. Without Kristy, I don't know how i would have decorated and planned. The decor is high quality and looked beautiful. If I have any other events in the future, I will use I do Events again!

I Do Events and Heather specifically went above and beyond to make our COVID wedding the best it could be. From the initial planning through postponing and shrinking our guest list to the day of coordination. I cannot imagine what our day would have looked like without I Do Events. They think of everything and were a huge part of why I was able to relax and enjoy the day. I highly recommend working with this company.

I can't thank I Do Events for their wonderful support this year - unique time and they were there to help me plan out my daughters weddings even after multiple stops/starts and changes. This was my second wedding in two years and I would NEVER recommend anyone doing this on their own - I Do Events makes it so you can relax, enjoy the wedding and have such a beautiful experience for everyone invited. We rented wedding decor items from I Do Events for our daughter's wedding in St. Charles, MO. They had high quality products for the rustic decor theme that matched perfectly! And when picking up the product before the wedding it was organized, linens were pressed and folded, and they even provided extra. I highly recommend renting from them!

I can not say enough about the "I do crew". They turned my wedding venue into a beautiful dream! They exceeded any of my expectations! So many compliments on how beautiful the wedding venue was, and it was all because of you guys! The centerpieces and decorations were absolutely perfect along with my flowers! These girls did a great job and made my day so stress free from set up to tear down! These girls are workers and do an amazing job!

I cannot say enough positive things about "I do Events" and owner Nicole! She and all she works with, created an absolutely beautiful space for my niece's Reception. It was celebrated at the Stardust in Davenport. Nicole transformed a wide open modern "industrial styled" space into an intimate beautiful setting. She has a wonderful talent for incorporating colors, textures and all the elegant special touches to bring to life a gorgeous vision in the venue space.

With all the "crazy" that goes along with organizing a large event for nearly 220 people, Nicole has a calm confidence that allows you to relax a bit and know that all is good and no need to worry about a thing. she handles it all beautifully. I can't think of a single thing that could have been better! She thought of everything and all was perfection. I would eagerly and happily recommend Nicole and "Ido Events" to all I know looking to celebrate in style any special occasion.

Mary Jo was amazing to work with! You can't find a kinder more honest vendor than I Do Events. Mere days before our wedding, due to an unseasonable heat wave, we needed fabric draping outside to provide shade for our wedding guests during our outdoor ceremony. She was quick to accommodate and although we ended up not using the draping (due to winds), I would highly recommend "I do events" and should I need event help in the future in the quad cities I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I Do Events did an amazing job with both my daughter's wedding and reception. We requested a new formation for the ceremony at The Stern Center, and though it was a challenge, Mary Jo embraced it and pulled it off beautifully! The room flip during cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception was executed with excellence! The crowd was impressed. Mary Jo walked us through every detail of the decor and offered quality advice every time.

She worked with our budget, too. Tash designed beautiful floral arrangements that were complimented by many, but the best part was hearing that the bridal bouquet was exactly what my daughter had envisioned! I highly recommend I Do Events!

We used I Do for our ceremony set up this weekend, and they were wonderful to work with! Their prices are very competitive, and they will do set up and tear down for chairs! I recommend giving them a call for any of your wedding decor needs.

I recently used I Do Events and they were fabulous! I contacted them just weeks before our wedding and they bent over backwards to try and help me. The final decorations were perfect! A little pricer then other decorators but it was money well spent! Thank you I Do Events.
