I just wanted to compliment Laurie (sp?) for her patience this morning when I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt Deanie's funeral. One of my cousins was there ordering flowers, and she was kind enough to let me talk to him. Your choice of staff speaks volumes for you!

This happened a year and a half ago but, I went to Hillwig's to buy my best friend something to send to his funeral. The whole thought hit me like a brick in the store, and I started crying uncontrollably and the woman working and a customer, helped me through it. I really appreciated that. Thanks to those two ladies!
