I used Grand Central Party Rental for my wedding day on October 2019. Melody, Office Manager, was super great since the beginning. Everything arrived on time and intact. She was very fast to answer my calls and emails. Believe me, if you are a bride, you will change your order multiple times and Melody was a sweetheart the whole time with tons of patience. I recommend them 100%.

Grand Central was wonderful! They had all the things I needed to rent for my wedding, and went out of their way to be accommodating to my "ever-changing" needs as we went along! I worked with Lauren who was always patient and efficient answering my endless questions and "what ifs?" Their set-up and take-down crew were excellent, and stayed to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. I used the moire linens, and I absolutely loved the look and feel of them as opposed to the poly. Well worth the price!

Melody IS AWESOME! She knows the ins and outs of party planning. She has a great spirit and personality. The owner of this company is also a GOOD man with compassion and integrity! I went to their Madison offer and paid to have it delivered. They never told me when it would be delivered, so I called the day it should have been delivered. They simply said it would be delivered that afternoon. When it did not arrive by 5:30, I called their office and asked him to call me the next day. The tables were delivered on the correct day, but it was not delivered until after six. The office never returned by call. They are more expensive than Art Pancake's. I will be using Art Pancake's in the future.

Grand Central Party Rental knows their business very well. They are very accommodating and helpful even when working with someone like me who has no idea what they are doing. I enjoyed the personal service they provided without getting frustrated with me as well as the scale of items they were able to provide. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a party or wedding.

Grand Central Party Rental did my wedding. They were so helpful and went above and beyond when it came to making everything right. There staff was so helpful. We used tables, chairs, linens, flatware, plates, and a tent. They even helped recommend a dj and caterer for the day. Since then we have used them for small events at our house and we have always had wonderful customer service. We will continue to us them.
