Gil & Curt's Flowers

It should be NO stars but I had to click one in order to do a review. I had the worst experience with this florist and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. When I placed the order for my daughter's prom I showed them a picture of design, the colors, and her dress (light blue and gold). On the day the prom, I picked up the order and the entire order was lavender and not even close to the design they were shown.

I looked at the order and said this has to be someone else's order because this is completely different from the order I placed. We went over what I ordered and I was told they didn't know why I was told they had light blue flowers because they don't. As I explained to the owner as it stated on the order slip I asked for light blue. The owner stated he asked the person who took my order if lavender would match and they told him yes.

I reiterated I asked for light blue, gold, and white. I never asked for lavender at all. The owner then looked at me and said, "Well, what do you want us to do about it?" I will never forget those words because instead of him acknowledging how much they screwed up the order. I told him I wanted him to fix it. We couldn't do anything with lavender.

He returned with plain white flowers and it definitely wasn't worth the amount of money we spent on the corsage and boutonniere. Also when he returned, instead of placing the order in my hand he threw it on the counter and said, "Here you go." (TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL) It sat there on the counter until he finally decided to put it in a bag. It was extremely hard trying to stay calm while dealing with the disrespect from the owner. Needless to say, when my daughter saw the order she was extremely disappointed because she spent so much time trying to find the perfect design for her and her prom date.

The white flowers were turning brown prior to the prom. This was the worst experience dealing with a florist and they will never get my business again. And, for the owners of this establishment not to care was a disgrace. Do not waste your time or money and I told my husband NEVER order me anymore flowers from this place.

Our family could not have chosen a better florist than Gil & Curl. They did all of our flowers and each one was so different and beautiful.

I have used these guys for several years now. They are simply the best and their service and product quality are unequalled.

This is my second experience with the lovely people at Flowers By Gil And Curt. The first time they went above and beyond to deliver flowers to a friend of a friend who had 12 hours to live. Words cannot express how grateful I am. The dear soul passed away holding one of their flowers. I feel a sort of bitter sweet happiness know that flowers made a transition from this dimension a little brighter. The second time, I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a pick-me-up during a long two week marathon. Color me happy and satisfied with their skill.

OMG, this place is a real gem. They have so much beautiful items. We bought a really nice fish collage and beautiful flower arrangement

Gil created the most heartfelt sympathy wreath for my Grandmother. I was brought to tears by its beauty. The wreath was the epitome of beauty, class, and grace; everything my Grandmother was. I highly recommend Gil and Curt. The passion for their work is beautifully displayed in every arrangement they create

I sent my Aunt flowers today, absolutely beautiful and she loves them. Thank you for sending her my love in this bouquet.

Needed last minute Bouquets for a wedding. Called 3 OTHER Florest that had a 5 star rating only to have the phone ring and someone pick up on the other end and simply hang up. Thinking it was on accident I called 6 times and the same thing happened each time. Found Gil and Curt and called and a pleasant sounding lady ( Ann ) answered on the first wring.

She was very helpful and said that there would not be a problem having the 2 Bouquets ready in 2 days. Saturday morning came and I went to pick them up and they were ready as promised and were more beautiful than expected. They were watered and packaged well for our four hour drive and they arrived safe and sound. Thank you Gil and Curt it was a pleasure meeting you and if I ever need flowers again I will certainly return to you. Thank you for a job well done!

I always love my flowers from Gil and Curt! We all love looking at all the unique pieces in each arrangement trying to figure out what everything is. I have never had a bad experience. They truly are the "Best of the Best" Would really love it if they would put a slip in the cards that say what is used in each!
