I reached out to FlowerLoft for a rushed delivery after another local florist cancelled an order on me (the 3rd and last experience I will have with that florist). I was interested in a gift basket for a colleague but did not see options on FlowerLoft's website. I called them and spoke to Michelle who was incredibly helpful and willing to do that for me!
I expressed my frustration with the cancellation and trying to frantically find a replacement. She accepted the order, which I needed the next morning and promised to get it done. I trusted her with her experience to make the basket. She reached out to me the next morning and sent photos of each gift item idea to include in the basket to get my okay and approval of pricing.
The gift basket was delivered on time and looked beautiful! She included engraved items, a fresh flower arrangement, a candle and chocolates. Michelle was so patient with me through the process. Thank you! Definitely recommend them!

Outstanding customer service. Michelle is a gem to work with. I'm an hour n half away. I ordered a very special plant n plant stand from them of high quality. I fell inlove with the order that I special ordered a few for my self and drove down. The plants n the stands are extremely high quality grade as well as there staff n Customer service. The owner was kind enough to even order more stands n plants for me. I will be a life customer even as far as I am. 5 stars You will not be disappointed

I ordered flowers online from The Flower Loft this morning. I selected the "Designers Choice Custom Bouquet" and requested (if available) a specific flower and bright colors. The recipient sent me photos of the flowers and they were gorgeous and exactly what I had in mind. I am thrilled with the arrangement! I haven't lived in the area in 18 years but the flower loft is my absolute go to to send the most beautiful fresh flowers for any occasion. Brian and his staff do an amazing job and I know the quality is great and I'm getting my money's worth when compared to the online flower places! It's nice to know that even though we can't be there in person what we are sending will let them know they are in our thoughts!
