THE BEST! I highly recommend the amazing crew at the Flower connection! They did the flowers for my wedding in 2019 and just did my sisters wedding this May! Yea he photos speak for themselves!

My experience was terrible and very unprofessional. To begin with I just want to say I was looking for something simple for my wedding (white roses just dipped in emerald green ). I first called to schedule a consultation and they put me down for a Friday. I got a call yesterday saying the needed to reschedule because they don't do consultations on weekends and she told me I was scheduled for a Saturday.

I explained to her the gentlemen I talked to had me down for Friday and instead of correcting the problem she uncontrollably laughed for a couple minutes while on the phone with me. I did not think of this was funny, and I just want to get some flowers for my wedding a few weeks. Very unprofessional. So then I went in today for the meeting, and the lady told me that they could not do anything similar to what I wanted and that I can't have the green I wanted because it wouldn't look good.

She's the expert so I then asked her if she had anything that would have like a similar color even like this gold or yellow color. She's gone for a minutes wondering around the place. And she literally brought me back a spray painted flower. I asked if she had photos, samples, or even a catalogue. Nope. It was at that moment I knew this wasn't meant to be.

So I went to hyvee after several people recommended them and they were able to do white roses dipped in emerald green. A grocery store could do that but not a florist? Just over all unprofessional.

The staff at Flower Connection are wonderful to work with. The customer service is outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to make a beautiful custom floral arrangement.

Our mom celebrated her 35 yr working at IDOI, we called at 10:30am asking for 12:30 delivery, Asking a lot we know, She calls us at 11:12am, already got her flowers! And we told them the wrong address. WOW! Great Service! Thank you, Hank!

We ordered from out of state and picked the bouquet from their Website. I received notice that the flowers were delivered and my niece confirmed receipt of the beautiful bouquet.

I just called to see if they take balloon orders, they do not. Instead of just hanging up the phone- Hank gave me a recommendation of a local place in Sfield that does balloon orders and even went as far to give me their telephone number. What exceptional customer service. I will def be using them for my next floral order!

Gave me a quote for 45$ for a Mother's Day bouquet then called me the day it was to be delivered asking for 60$. I used a pre loaded card that had a 56$ balance. They refused to deliver because they wanted the 5$ difference. I even offered to pay the 5$ the next business day but they refused. An unprofessionalism experience and a mother who won't get flowers
