I asked for a fall arrangement and received an outstanding bouquet! The Mrs' just loved this arrangement that I brought home. She still can't stop starring at it. Thank you Edna!

The company I work for ordered flowers through 1-800-Flowers and ordered a beautiful arrangement. My brother passed away about a week ago. Floral Boutique received the order and delivered one of the most beautiful arrangements of flowers they I've ever received. The gentleman that delivered them was also very nice, personable, and kind.

Awful experience! Ordered my wife flowers online for our new baby and it looked nothing like what I ordered. Half the flowers were dead or on their way to being dead and when we called to talk with the florist she was hostile and rude. She argued with my wife over the phone about it and just was straight up mean to her to the point she had to hang up. Absolutely will never ever ever be doing business with them again and if you are thinking about it I highly suggest you dont waste your time

Myra at Inspirations Floral in Arroyo Grande, Ca. was exceptionally receptive to my request for a specific arrangement for the funeral of a dear friend of 48 years. Myra went out of her way to research what I was needing. She did it quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. I wanted to keep the transaction at a local level; give the assignment to a member of the community where my dear friend had set his roots so long ago.

The arrangement was beyond perfection. It received rave compliments. It clearly said, "I'm thinking of you and hope these lovely flowers bring you some joy today." I am told that the fragrance was amazing which speaks to the freshness of the product. Thank you, Myra, for being the ultimate professional by holding your customers' wishes first and foremost.

Okay, so I have to write this review because my experience with Mrs Edna was so AMAZING. She's knowledgeable, welcoming and has amazing customer service. I called as I pulled in last minute, asking if I could get a last minute arrangement for my step mothers birthday, and she opened the door to me and attended me HAPPILY and did such an amazing job.

I asked for half and half of roses and sunflowers wrapped and she just added the most beautiful accents and was so pleasant to speak with. As she was arranging the flowers, we spoke and honestly was just a wonderful experience. Usually in services I just awkwardly stand there until i get my things and go, but with Mrs Edna I felt at home immediately and she provided amazing customer service. Support your local flower shop by buying directly from them. I can assure you that Mrs Edna takes so much pride into her work and into her business.

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered on Feb 13th to avoid the rush of Valentine's day. I did not receive my flowers. When we called them, it was such a hassle, including being on the phone over an hour. The flowers were then sent the next day but without the bear that was ordered. The bear arrived today, looking like it was suffocated in a body bag.

For all the trouble we went through, you would think they would have put more effort into rectifying the situation, decorated the bear a bit nicer or thrown in a balloon for all the trouble. We will NEVER work with Floral Boutique on SPID ever again, and I will let people know about our terrible experiences. Bad business.

The worst service I've EVER received! I ordered a purple and lavender arrangement for my daughter's 40th birthday! What she received was a bunch of pink flowers with some kind of purple paint sprayed on a few of them! When the service I used called them to see what could be done to rectify the situation they were told NOTHING would be done because the flowers were "fresh" as advertised and they reserve the right to use whatever they have in stock! Without even contacting the client! I find this reprehensible! SHAME ON YOU!

My son ordered a bouquet for my birthday. The bouquet which was delivered was much smaller and included not all the flowers which were in the picture. They won't talk to you just insisting that the bouquet which was delivered had been ordered.

Loved Edna's work for my wedding she was extraordinary. She did a beautiful job on every detail. Are bouquets were to die for. Even all the guys boutonnieres were just how I asked her! She knows her stuff and is very accommodating! Thank u once again for making my wedding wishes come true Edna!
