We did a roasting experience with Faith and then had a tour guided by Cooper. Both were great. I love that everyone was so knowledgeable but still showed their own personalities. My group had a range of interest in coffee, but everyone enjoyed how much we learned. I feel like this experience is a must if you're visiting the island!

What an educational and fun experience! We were fortunate enough to get COLE as our guide and he was equal parts knowledgeable, hilarious, charming, and just all around FUN. The farm is absolutely gorgeous and the coffee, of course, is top shelf. The tour has been our favorite thing about this visit so far! We are new fans of UMI the cat and Heavenly Hawaii Coffee!

This is the cutest little coffee farm with some of the best coffee we've sampled! The staff are from all over the world and embody Ohana and Aloha! Our guide for the day, Cooper, was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and felt like we had known him for years. We sampled four varieties during our time on the farm and not a single one disappointed. While we didn't grab any coffee while there, the first thing we did when getting home (after hugging our kiddos) was ordering a bag of the Kona Passion and Cascara Tea. 100% recommend this as a stop during your precious time on the Island! We will visit again and again when we get to Hawaii!

Amazing coffee and knowledgeable staff. Cooper was a wonderful guide. He really knew how to engage the participants and was super friendly! He was also super considerate about my allergies and offered some alternative chocolate samples that were delicious. The farm is up in the hills a little so it has a gorgeous view. It was a great way to wake up in the morning.

A very good stop if you love coffee and want to learn more about the farming process. The basic farm tour is inexpensive and they also offer other activities for folks to learn about roasting beans and making the perfect cup of coffee. Great stop, especially if you like cats. They are everywhere.

This was a wonderful tour and an all around excellent experience. Alex was a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide and answered every one of our group's questions. We even got some great restaurant recommendations after the tour! The atmosphere at Heavenly is so relaxing and the people who operate the farm are extremely pleasant. In addition, the views from the lanai are some of the best you can enjoy while relaxing poolside under the shade sipping their delicious coffees.

You also get to sample chocolate covered mac nuts and peaberry bites before the tour. This was my second time coming here and it was just as memorable and enjoyable as the first time. My family loved it too. I strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking to learn more about Kona coffee. Thank you Heavenly Hawaiian!

Had a very memorable experience here touring the coffee farm. Townsend is hands down the best tour guide ever! Loved his energy, knowledge, and humour. This is a beautiful place to stop by for some amazing 100% Kona Coffee and hangout on the balcony to take in the views. The rest of the staff here are also super friendly and chill. Thanks for making my last day on Big Island a memorable one!

Wonderful tour and coffee. Many thanks to Megan and Cooper our guides. Here for a birthday trip the tour group sang me happy birthday Everyone was super friendly. We were able to do the roasting demo and got to roast our own beans! Very informative if you are interested in the coffee making process from bean to cup! All questions answered. Also fascinating history on How coffee started in Hawaii!

Thank you guys! Very memorable and felt like home somehow. Great little retail shop and there is even a pool and work internship to get involved in the whole coffee farm process!

This tour was everything one could ask for. Our guide Cole was the best. He had great sense of humor and provided us with very interesting information about the farm and coffee in general. The macadamia chocolates samples were great and we ended up buying a few bags from the gift shop. We definitely recommend this tour. Hands down the best.

After reading some great reviews about Sally, my (now) husband and I decided to give her a chance to play at our wedding, and I'm so glad that we did! When we were deciding on harpists, my mother gave me a cd that she had bought for my sister's wedding, and it just happened to be Sally! In my mind I had already made my decision, but the cd sealed the deal because it just seemed like too much of a perfect coincidence.

I decided on my song early on (Canon in D), which Sally played for my husband and I when we met with her. Her version is beautiful, to say the least. We also chose "the Wedding March" for our recessional, which she also did a fantastic job with. About 2 weeks before my wedding, I finally decided on "A River Flows in You" for my bridesmaids, groomsmen, and parents.

When I emailed Sally if she had done it before she said no, but that after my email she had already ordered the music and started practicing. Wow! She is incredible. By the time our wedding rolled around, about 2 weeks later, she did a beautiful job on all of the songs, adding her own special touch to everything she played. Our guests loved her, and I will always feel very special because she learned my favorite song just for my wedding. Thank you so much, Sally!

My wife and I hired Sally to play the harp during our wedding ceremony and she was fantastic. She was responsive throughout the planning process, learned the songs that we requested and played them beautifully for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a harpist in the bay area. Thanks Sally!

Sally, I wanted to thank you again for your beautiful music. The harp was the perfect addition to an evening of hope, information, healing and inspiration. You have a gift of touching others via music. -Nicole Hemmenway Director, INvisible Project (www.invisibleproject.org)

"My daughter began taking her first piano lessons from Sally and has blossomed into a very confident pianist who can now play Fur Elise! The wonderful thing about Sally is that she was not intimidating and was very encouraging right off the bat so that my daughter felt very comfortable learning new material and was enthusiastic about playing in recitals. Sally has also encouraged our daughter to choose music that she is interested in so that she stays inspired by the piano. I would highly recommend learning the piano from Sally!"

When it came time for my daughter to learn an instrument for school, we decided to go with a harp because it is hard to make a harp sound bad or annoying (and they make such beautiful music when played well). So far the decision to go with a harp has been a brilliant decision! Luckily we also found Sally, who has been a wonderful, patient and kind instructor for our 7 year old.

Finding harp teachers can be a bit of a challenge - they're not that common and many are quite eccentric (and not always in a good way.). We first met with a woman who has won awards and has CD's and all that. However, she was very strict and precise and we could tell right away that lessons with her would haven been as fun as having teeth pulled.

Perhaps if we were banking on our daughter making a career of it and winning a grammy we'd consider that route, but for a 7 year old? Nah - not a good fit at all. Luckily Sally is very relaxed, calm and patient and understands the pace that works for kids. She also allows our daughter to be very involved in picking which songs to learn and makes the lessons fun.

Our daughter looks forward to her weekly lessons and actually practices on her harp daily w/o us having to remind her. I've not seen Sally perform, however, based on what we see during the lessons, the demonstrations she gives etc. I would imagine that her performances would be absolutely lovely for any event & especially weddings. If you need an instructor or a performer I'd highly recommend Sally.

Sally is a terrific harpist. I've listened to her CDs and think they're great! I also know somebody who has been taking lessons from her, and I can't believe how fast they've progressed. Highly recommended!
