Very very disappointed for the 2nd time with my flowers sent to family in Ashland. This place used to be the best. Paid extra for upgraded flowers in arrangement and got the bare minimum instead. Guess I will send chocolate or gift cards next time. No SUNNY SMILE here. Would love to post pics of what I thought we were getting and what we got!

If I lived in Kentucky I would get flowers from here ALL THE TIME. I worked with Rob for several months on my Bouquet, Boutonniere, Corsage & Centerpieces. He was an absolute gem to work with. He exceeded my expectations & then some. His team was amazing and helpful. His flowers were the best part of my day and I'll be reusing the faux ones for as long as possible in my house. I made the centerpieces myself and was able to order in bulk for great prices and amazing quality.

Ordered a get well sympathy bouquet for a friend, the arrangement was supposed to be in a 69 Camaro my friend's wife sent me a picture and it was a Chevy Truck. Was not informed they were out of the Camaro when I place the order & was not contacted to let me decide on an optional arrangement or to cancel the order.

I always have a good experience at Fields Flowers. I was there today an Kim was so helpful in my selection. It was the first time she had helped me with my order and did a great job. I love shopping there an have shopped there for many years. Robbie Fields an staff are doing a great job Thx for Always being there in time of need

My sister and I ordered flowers for our mother's birthday. We had always used another florist but it has closed. Her flowers came and I visited her the following day. I was shocked by what they looked like. They had already started wilting, both the greenery and the rose buds. The buds were wilting without even opening. Very disappointed :

I have an Aunt at Kings Brook Rehab Center. I wanted to send her flowers for her birthday. Because I live out of state and always use a local florist I searched for one in her area. I found several florist and liked what I saw online at Fields Flowers. They did a wonderful job my Aunt was very happy with the sunny yellow flowers they created. I am glad I used them.

I have ordered flowers from this florist twice in the past six months. Each time they arrived as scheduled and both arrangements were stunning! Very well priced and excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend Fields Flower Shop for your local or in my case out of town florist.

I just wanted to officially say that Rob at Field's Flowers is a truly exceptional person! I had ordered a corsage & boutineer for my sons gf's hoco last month and he went far above & beyond expectations to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. and they were absolutely beautiful. We had also spoken about my sons hoco for this month and not only did he remember but he followed up w me via txt jst to make sure they did it exactly the way she wanted it.

I honestly can't praise Fields Flowers enough for helping us make these fleeting moments in my son's life some of our most precious memories. Thank you so much Rob & Robin for all you do!

Fields Flowers is an institution! I've ordered directly from them from AFRICA and CHINA to deliver to my mother in Ashland, because I know I can count on them for beautiful arrangements and quick and careful delivery. Used them for my wedding and all the years since!

This place is absolutely wonderful. I live in California and had a family member at Kings Daughter Medical Center. I called Fields Flowers and they were more then happy to help me pick out a beautiful arrangement for her. I mentioned to them that I wanted a case of flowers that looked like a sunset and they hit spot on! I will definitely be using them again in the future!
