I frantically tried to find a GRADUATION STAGE - with a RAMP and chairs for graduation at my new job. It had fallen thru the cracks and wasn't completed beforehand. I could not find anyone in the Sarasota area who could help us with everything until I checked COAST TO COAST out of St Petersburg.(thinking it would be denied for being so far away).THEY ANSWERED MY PRAYERS and had everything we needed with a VERY SHORT NOTICE!

My first time renting and had a bad experience. Rented a stage for my kids graduation and wasn't able to use due to rain. Called and explained situations, but they seem to not care or make any effort when Asked if they could accommodate me in some other way in future renting because didn't get any use of stage, but was told No 168.00 dollars gone.i didn't want to give any stars, but it was the only way I could give a review. Rented a wicker stand that appeared to have a flat surface in the website photo but in fact was very slanted so we couldn't even use it as we had intended, to display a vase of flowers. Unfortunately the person who picked up the rental didn't know what it's intended purpose was so the problem wasn't apparent till it got to the venue. We ended up not even using the item and explained that to them upon returning the rental, but they didn't seem to care or make any effort at customer service.

Better item descriptions and photos are sorely needed on their website. Update: the vendor made a full refund, but only after a bad review was left. We had no choice but to leave a bad review since our grievance was dismissed by store personnel. The stand itself was beautiful and good quality, just not what we needed or expected based on the website photo.

My husband and I held our wedding celebration down on St. Pete Beach this past April, while we are currently not living down there planning a party from another state was challenging. However, Paul at Coast to Coast Rentals made reserving our tent, tables and chairs easy and painless! He helped us pick the best size tent for our venue and ensured that nothing got missed.

From the table set ups to the lights around the tent for after sunset, he helped us think of it all! The day before our event, the set up crew came and put up everything flawlessly. Our Knights of Columbus Council rented silverware, tables, dishes, coffee cups, saucers and water goblets as well as table linen and napkins for a church banquet. The service was excellent. The delivery was done on time and the order complete. The pickup was also on time. The care and excellent service both before and after were covered in excellent service and product.
