Found a great dress for my daughters prom. Locally owned business. Had great variety.

Great selection and sizes of dresses. The owner was helpful and knew a lot about her dresses. She has a seamstress who she works with and offers great prices! It's a tad bit outdated in decor and stuffed full of dresses for prom, weddings, etc. which makes it hard to get around. But for the price and being a local business, my daughter said "yes to the dress!"

Horrible customer service. I came in as the MOH with the bride and her mother who are some of the kindest people. They treated us like trash. Threw us into a store that looked like a Goodwill and offered no assistance, We were the only ones there and 3 of them sat in the other room talking and only came into to yell at my bride for passing a dress under the door.

A plywood door with no sanding or paint. We did not want to pass over the top due to this and snag it. She made my best friend cry and ruined her whole first time bride experience. 8 months later I was looking for dress shops for my sister and this one came up. I just wanted to warn you all. STAY AWAY. We ended up finding a much better NEW dress for $200 cheaper at DBridal and they treated her like a queen.

Fantastic service. Beautiful dresses. She even sent us to a lady that does alterations so the dress fit perfect. Didn't look like much from the outside, but everything you could possibly be looking for in a fancy dress is inside. Highly recommend.

I searched all over Chattanooga looking for a Mother Of The Groom Dress, couldn't find one, I saw several beautiful dresses, But it wasn't the one that really caught my eye, I was in Dillards looking for one, I met a lady in there and she told me about Fancy Fanny's, I arrived there the next day, And When I tell you! I was blown away as soon as I walked through the door, I tried on a couple of dresses, And when I tell you!

The owner showed me the perfect dress! I tried it on and it fitted perfect and it matched My Son Tuxedo, I arrived at My Son Wedding, Everyone was like Wow! how beautiful, and they thought I had it made, I told everyone I got it from Fancy Fanny's, I will be a returning customer

These ladies are wonderful, I was searching for my wedding gown and found the perfect one my first time going into their business! They were very helpful, I was able to take my time so I felt at ease and did not feel at all pressured. They are very knowledgeable of their gowns. I highly recommend them, Fancy Fanny's is authentic! If you're searching for something different this is the place to check out.

I went here for a prom dress. I did not purchase one from here, but the lady who helped me was so sweet and supportive of every dress I tried on. DO NOT BE AFRAID OF GOING HERE. I have gone back and gotten a dress for another occasion and it was stunning.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My friends went to this piece-of-crap place to buy prom dresses. One of my friends, who has a very small waist but bigger hips, was told she was too fat for their dresses. Fat she is not, curvy she is! After that, they continued to blast the girl in comments on their Instagram page. On Facebook they have very bad reviews and they get their family/friends/employees to leave 5 star ratings on hopes of their score to go up. This place is a J O K E! I'd never ever ever recommend going here.

Do not use Sandies Alterations referred by this boutique. Sandie is the rudest and unprofessional person to work with! She was given my niece's prom dress in advance for alterations and she did not work on it or attempt to until the day of! She gave the dress back and did not want to service us after our complaint of her fraudulent alteration quotes AND SHE ASKED ME TO PICK UP THE DRESS ON HER FRONT PORCH THE DAY BEFORE MY NIECE'S PROM AND DID NOT EVEN ALTER IT. She hung up the phone on me 3 times. She was NEVER pleasant! Do not go here for alterations.

They messed up my sisters dress and was very unprofessional. I have never had to deal with a business so unprofessional. I would not send any one to them.
