When we opened Expressions in Silk Bridal in 1982, we originally began as silk florists creating wedding bouquets and decorating halls and churches. Eight years later we started a new journey by expanding what we offered a little at a time. Over the past 39 plus years we have grown to offer bridal gowns, bridesmaids, flower girl dresses, tuxedo rentals, accessories and gifts.Our passion is to dress our clients in a quality gown that helps bring your wedding day vision to life. We want you to have an amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door until the day of your event.
Services
Celebrate with us this year! I can hardly believe it has been 40 years we have been helping brides, prom, tuxedos, flowers and more. Time has gone by so quickly and we see the changes in ourselves too from when we first opened until today. The gown styles and fabrics have changed, black gowns are a hit and bridesmaids come in more colors than ever.
1 We ask you to wear a mask if you are not vaccinated; if vaccinated you do not have to wear one. Our stylists may ask if you want us to wear a mask and all of us are vaccinated for your safety. 2 Brides may bring 3-4 guests with them and seating can allow for reasonable social distancing. 3 While we love children, we are asking at this time to not bring them with you and no strollers please.

Our buyers shop with a passion to bring you styles that reflect designs such as: boho, romance, detachable sleeves, ball gowns with shimmer and shine, soft flowy dresses for a beach or less formal ceremony and simple-elegant-classic styles sure to reflect your vision to walk down the aisle. Destination dresses are $169 to $699 and bridal gowns start at $800 in sizes 2 to 30.

I went in to find a prom dress and Patty was so helpful! They have dresses to try in the shop and also a catalog for you to look through and order! Patty was so nice and thoroughly looked through online stock to see what was available before my prom date. Definitely recommend going here to get your dress!

This place is absolutely amazing. They were the sweetest women and helped my mother find the most perfect dress for her wedding! I love that they can cater to all sizes! To top it all off, their prices are phenomenal! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Let them dress you for your next showboat occasion. You won't be disappointed!

This was my first bridal appointment. I thought i would have to search for a really long to find the perfect dress but the consultant was very impressive and helped me find a dress that suited my body type and i ended up leaving with a bautiful dress. The consultant truly listend to me. I highly recommend! They also make the appointment fun

I went with my friend to help her pick out her perfect wedding dress. The personal attentiveness of the ladies at the store was great! They really took the time to listen to what the bride wanted and offered alteration suggestions to make the dress perfect. We never felt rushed in the least. Overall, it was a great experience. My friend found the perfect dress and they even had the ability to offer/order size H cups for her dress. Thank you again to Expressions in Silk Bridal for making it a great dress shopping experience for us!

Really just amazed here. I wouldn't recommend this shop EVER. I went for my dress fitting last night and was told that I needed to reschedule. The lady in the shop acted like it was not big deal, they had tried calling and left a message. But I had received a confirmation text through the shop's scheduler. There was another bride and her mother in the shop getting ready to head into the alterations area!
During MY appointment time. I was then told my dress wasn't even in the shop! And that I needed to reschedule for after the 4th of July. So my appointment time was given away, she doesn't have my dress - I don't even know why in the world my dress would leave the shop! And to reschedule in basically 2 weeks. I leave for my wedding on the 10th of July which is one week prior to the date of my wedding - which the shop is aware of.
And I was hoping to wear my dress for our at home ceremony earlier in that week. So after leaving completely disgusted and disappointed, and in total despair over the fact that my dress is off somewhere parading around town, I went out last night and bought a new wedding dress and am having to have a rush alteration done to be assured that I have a dress for my wedding.
